Humiliated and devastated

Even though things are tight at the moment I ordered a stunning looking single ended sheaf of lilies and roses as my last gift to my brother who's funeral was 24th June, costing over £60. After the emotional service, and when the family were gathering around the flowers I was humiliated and devastated to see that what should have been a personal tribute to my brother contained not one single lily and the roses must have been at least a week old!! They looked as if I had taken them from someone else's grave side.
The only recommendation I can give for this company is to avoid them under any circumstance, if they can let down their customers on such a delicate and emotional occasion how would they respond in more festive circumstances! It goes against the grain to even have to award any stars, if I could I would give them none.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Flowers arrived limp and half dead. Complained and they said they looked fine. If you want to throw your money in the bin use then BUT I'd never use them again!!!

I ordered the cupcake display which on arrival looked nothing like a cupcake - some of the flowers were already dead and the 'pot' was made of cardboard. I had to buy some more flowers for my mum's 70th because I was too embarrassed to give her them.

When I complained I was told I had to complain within 7 days.

Disgusted.

Make sure you read the small pint.
I ordered some flowers for mothers day and decided to add a nice glass vase to accompany them, when the order tuned up it come in a cheep tacky plastic vase.
When I complained they told me that it said on the website that it could be substituted. but there is no option to opt out of the substitutions and no one called despite having my phone number.
I will not recommend this cowboy outfit to anyone.
10% bad reviews (1star) on trust pilot over 1500 at time of writing this review, and not much better on here by the looks of the reviews.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

The Internet is full of poor reviews for this company. My son ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day and like many others it seems they failed to be delivered. Just hope he can get a refund. Never seen a company with such poor reviews

Ok fair and balanced review it will be. This company is worse than useless flowers ordered for Saturday prior to Mothers day, email received late Saturday "unable to deliver" will deliver tomorrow, (Mothers day), ok disappointed but happy that they would get there for Mothers Day, email received 16:40 Sunday, no flowers may be able to deliver them next week! Do they seriously expect to stay in business? Having read other reviews for this and other flower delivery online sites next time I will phone a local shop that I know and can trust.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

If I could rate these 0 stars I would be right now

I placed an order with e florist prompted by a promotional e mail sent by these guys Saturday morning the day before Mother's Day !!! Advertising they can still deliver flowers mothers day

I thought great saves me a job to sort while I was working

The flowers where due for delivery on the same day it gets to the evening and no flowers have turned up

I tried to call and the phone lines where closed for the weekend so I sent an e mail and I got a response at 7:30pm the day before mothers day stating they can not fulfill my order and they are sorry but will deliver on Monday or Tuesday

How can it be acceptable to deliver mothers day flowers after Mother's Day !!!!

I asked for a refund in which they processed however not even an apology

Don't use e florist unless you want to be disappointed last minute

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Apalling custer service - dead and wilting flowers.

I ordered a Vanilla cupcake arrangement for my mothers birthday from the eflorist website costing approx £40 with postage. I visited my mother the day after delivery and was appalled at what had been delivered. The arrangement was supposed to be made up of pink roses, surrounded by hydrangeas. The florist had substituted the roses for daisies and carnations, and it is fair to say it bore no resemblance to the display on the eflorist website. It looks as though it has been made up from cheap garage flowers, and the Hydrangeas were all dead and wilted (apparently within two hours of delivery).
I contacted eflorist, included photos, and they sent back an email saying water the oasis and the arrangement would bloom and was guaranteed to last for seven days. I replied that the oasis had been watered on arrival and regularly since, however far from blooming the hydrangeas had not recovered and the arrangement, such as it was, was now surrounded by dead flowers. I requested a refund.

SEARCH TWITTER AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY LET DOWN EVERY DAY!

They did not deliver the £50 bunch of flowers I ordered for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, they didn't text, call, or email to let me know there was a problem so I found out they hadn't been delivered when my girlfriend asked why I hadn't got her anything for Valentines!

I do understand that these things happen from time to time, however you should always judge a company on how they deal with a problem. These guys were absolutely useless! There is no telephone number of their website and they didn't reply to my email so I ended up finding a phone number by searching Google for their registered company address. I finally spoke to an insincere manager who made it quite clear he didn't care and only offered a refund or another attempt at delivery.

Of course they took the cash out of my account immediately, but I now have to wait a week for my refund.

USE SOMEONE ELSE!!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Flowers not delivered

I ordered flowers yesterday to send to my daughter for her first night at the theatre. I ordered them before the deadline for same day delivery. I got to the theatre and my daughter had not received them. I got up to an email this morning advising me that delivery had not been possible on my chosen date. Why offer same day delivery if you can't provide it? Will not be using them again.
