An arrangement, not quite what I had ordered, but pleasing, has finally been delivered after I rang to complain about yesterday's failure to deliver and deceitful tracking updates.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Liars and cheats.

I ordered yesterday from Yorkshire for delivery to Devon. I ordered well before the same day delivery deadline and tracked delivery. According to that the flowers were out for delivery and then finally checked off as delivered but no response from the recipient. This morning I had to ask the recipient who confirmed that the flowers had not arrived. I called the primetime 0333 complaint number who were efficient but kept me on hold while they phoned the Devon florist. I was told they weren't loaded onto the van in time for yesterday's delivery. So the delivery florist lied twice when they input onto the tracking system that they were out for delivery and once again when they input they had been delivered. I was offered a discount of 50% which I accepted and the flowers should be delivered today ... we shall see! I am disgusted that they are associated with Interflora whom I thought were a reputable firm. I shall never use this outfit again.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Disgraceful flowers

Ordered flowers for a dear friend who is very ill, they arrived on the correct day , the flowers were dreadful, I felt ashamed of sending such a dismal bouquet to such a dear friend, I have contacted the company whose reply was , up to their standard, well their standard very low, please please don't use this company,

Spoilt my Christmas

As I work fulltime I didn't get chance to organise some flowers for my 87 year old mother who lives 250 miles away so I went on-line and saw the eflorist advert offering same day delivery so with two days to go to Christmas I ordered a £30 arrangement to go that day. I phoned later that night to find the flowers had not gone so I emailed to complain and was advised that they would go Christmas eve with a free upgrade.... 3pm still no flowers and I went on-line to see an email stating that the flowers could not be delivered at all and they would send flowers in the New Year with a free upgrade!!! I asked for my money back and will never use them again, I was left with no time to do anything about getting some flowers to my Mum and it really spoilt my Christmas and left her disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my Brother and wife's 18 wedding anniversary.
what was displayed on line was totally different from what was delivered
as someone previously described as dead flowers.

I hadn't seen my family for quite a while and wanted to surprise them. it was should shambles
I was utterly embarrassed.

when I contacted to report my experience they didnt want to know.

In fact I think they are a scam and whoever is behind this business have not got a clue about floral arrangements - that's all I can conclude.

EFlorist do not deserve a star rating. unfortunately you can't progress without selecting a rating.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Terrible Shocking Irresponsible Scam Deceiful

This is a review from my personal buying flowers experience online with eFlorist.com

I tried quite many times and thought would them a chance but no they never change and still treat customer like garbage and their service is total disaster stressful terrible.

Every time I shop flowers online and order for certain date as you all would know that we need it for specific date for a special reason that's why we choose certain date for flower to be delivered but they seem to never care about it really. Every time flowers always arrive late at least 1day if not 2-3days and by the time you can tell that flowers are all dead in the box.

They never care or give a damn about how I complain every time and just blame on delivery courier or something else hence I always pay full price for dead flowers and ruin my life ruin my plan and every thing I plan to give to some on the date needed.

Gave them few chances and thought they would improve and change but no, still same thing happens again but this time not only delivered late but also delivered to wrong address and they still assured... (Read the full review)

Placed an order for delivery of some birthday flowers for my mum two days prior to delivery date. Confirmation email and payment receipt received. On the morning they emailed me to say the order couldn't be delivered! No real apology or reason for this. Still awaiting refund too. Rang Customer Services who have now apologised and actioned a refund. However, at the end of the day my mother didn't receive her gift on her birthday!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday for delivery to her work address. An address that has a receptionist present all day every day. They didn't arrive. Nor did I get the promised notification from eflorist that there was a problem so didn't know the flowers hadn't arrived. This led to a rather awkward conversation in which I asked my wife what she thought of her birthday flowers only to find they hadn't arrived.

That evening I filled in their online form asking where the flowers were. No response. The following day I phoned them and after 20 minutes on hold spoke to someone called Tammi. She didn't know why the flowers weren't delivered either and had to phone the florist they sub contract to in order to find out. In so doing she promptly cut me off. I didn't fancy another 20 minutes on hold waiting for eflorist to pick up and after getting no call back, went online and spoke to someone called Rachel on their webchat. Nothing good to say about this rip off company whatsoever!

Ordered very special flowers for birth of first grandchild (early on Saturday morning). 4.25pm that day received a message to say they hadn't been able to deliver (despite extra charge being paid for such service) and that I should respond immediately if I wanted to proceed and that they would upgrade. Responded requesting a firm delivery date. Received an automated 48 hour response message. Sent another email explaining everything & received yet another 48 hour response message. This was all done before 5.00pm (Sat).

Monday morning received a message from them that they could delivery that day and I should respond. I did so requesting the upgraded flowers to be delivered that day. They did arrive on Monday lunchtime but were'nt even up to the standard of the ones I had paid £75 for, let alone an upgrade. They were supposed to be in 2 rose bowls and there was only one and the flowers were already drooping.

Today (Tues), just spent over an hour with their online chat people who suggested I emailed with a photograph of what was delivered. I sent 2 emails doing so and guess what -... (Read the full review)
