Even though things are tight at the moment I ordered a stunning looking single ended sheaf of lilies and roses as my last gift to my brother who's funeral was 24th June, costing over £60. After the emotional service, and when the family were gathering around the flowers I was humiliated and devastated to see that what should have been a personal tribute to my brother contained not one single lily and the roses must have been at least a week old!! They looked as if I had taken them from someone else's grave side.
The only recommendation I can give for this company is to avoid them under any circumstance, if they can let down their customers on such a delicate and emotional occasion how would they respond in more festive circumstances! It goes against the grain to even have to award any stars, if I could I would give them none.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
