Stay well clear do not buy

Do not buy from this company their products and quality are rubbish cant understand why they are top of the list as they should be no where near it do not buy you will be disappointed please read below and take no notice of the editors review but read the reviews of real customers as I think the editor must have been paid to write review as its as bad and misleading as the company itself.

Below are messages sent from me and their customer service(joke) replies

Hello
I bought some flowers for my wife for our 1st anniversary which were delivered today. To say I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers would be an understatement. I chose your company after going on an internet compare site which gave you glowing reviews. You advertise your flowers as fresh yet at least 4 of the flowers look dead already, and the rest look ready to follow in fact I could have paid £5 at Tesco and got better quality. I will not be using your company again and will certainly not be recommending your company:

Their reply,

"How did we do ?" ....... are you having a laugh ?

I ordered flowers specifically with Freesias for my wife's birthday as these are her favourite.
When they came, there were no Freesias and no purple Asters so only 3 species instead of the 5 that were listed.
To add insult to injury, several flowers had wilted after only one day.
I emailed eFlorist a photo of the flowers we received to be told they could see nothing wrong and that they "met their expectations". I think that says it all about this company.
So much for the "7 day 'No quibble' guarantee relating to the freshness of the flowers".
They also claimed the missing species had been "substituted" with other types of flowers yet there are only 3 species in the arrangement we received, not 5 as listed on the item web page.
These comments seem to be their standard scripted reply, judging by what they've written on other review sites. I only wish I'd read the reviews first.
We opened a Paypal dispute as eFlorist refuse point-blank to accept responsibility for selling a substandard product with items missing.
Add to that the fact they lied about replacing the flowers that were unavailable, It's the first and last time we'll ever use this bunch of cowboys !!

Mothers' Day flowers did not arrive
22 March 2016
Reviewer: Upset Daughter-in-law from UK

Placed an order on Wednesday for a Saturday delivery. The flowers did not arrive. Emailed complaint on Tuesday. No response from eflorist. Tried phoning numerous times to be told they were unusually busy. Eventually got through on Friday morning. Couldn't find order at first despite giving order number and delivery address. Wanted bank card details. Found the order and blamed non-delivery on a technical error. Promised to deliver the next day. They did arrive the next day - a week after Mothers' Day. Very disappointing service and cost £4.10 in phone calls.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Mother's Day flowers not delivered on Mother's Day
09 March 2016
Reviewer: Angela from UK

For those of us who cannot be with our Mums on Mother's Day we will typically send flowers as a token of our appreciation for all their hard work. This year I was one of those people, and sadly although eFlorist gladly took my order (and charged additional for Sunday postage) they were unable to deliver my Mums flowers on Mother's Day. As if this was not bad enough, they only told me this at midnight on Saturday - leaving me no opportunity to rectify the situation and try and get flowers for my Mum elsewhere. Having called to complain on Sunday, and ask for the postage to be refunded, I was told that eflorist could "try" to deliver my flowers on Monday - already a day to late. It is safe to say that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received considering this event happens every year and a flower company such as eflorist should have a pretty good idea of their maximum capability to deliver flowers. All this being said, I will be taking my business elsewhere next year in the hope that my mother will receive her flowers and I will get even an iota... (Read the full review)

Please don't use this florist - especially not for funerals
15 February 2016

I ordered a tribute from flowersforfunerals, a subsidiary of eflorist, for my aunt's funeral. The arrangement was just horrible, and bore scant resemblance to the one pictured on their website. What's worse, the arrangement my Mum ordered didn't even turn up. When I complained, the customer service was appalling: they said they would not respond because I hadn't taken pictures! Should I have halted the cremation, got my phone out and started snapping?! It'd be laughable were it not so offensive. Just goes to show this company has absolutely no idea of the sensitivities involved in supplying funerary tributes.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Appalling....avoid

Deliberately poor website payment system..enables double ordering. Any attempt to cancel an order.. even an hour after it is made is met with intransigence, excuses and blanking from an appalling customer service set up. Avoid this pseudo company entirely

Avoid this company!
08 February 2016
Reviewer: Alexk from London, UK

I ordered a beautiful 'Clementine' bouquet to be delivered to my other half a few weeks ago on her birthday. The thing that actually got delivered was an insult to both of us as it was nowhere close to what they advertised online. It had 'cheap' and 'substandard quality' and 'don't care about my job or about my customers' written all over it. Instead of a full beautiful bouquet there were a few emptyish branches with hardly any colour or life on them.

I was extremely disappointed and emailed their (Eflorist/Teleflorist) customer services to ask them how would they feel if they received this for their birthday, or if they had to pay for this deceit? Their reply was a standard scripted copy & paste email and they basically said there was nothing wrong with the bouquet (despite the obvious faults clearly visible in the pictures I sent them!).

My advice - avoid this company at all costs! Don't ruin your mood, don't spoil the occasion and don't waste your money.

Dying Flowers
15 December 2015
Reviewer: Sharif Uddin from UK

Ordered their mixed rose complexion (RAPTURE) for my newly wed wife but when the flowers were delivered they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and seemed as if they were picked a week ago an now soon to be dying.

No point speaking to eFlorist as they believe dead looking flowers are acceptable and it looks like that because it is protecting the inside. I have ordered many flowers in past but never heard such nonsense. Want to make you wife or significant other happy try Interflora otherwise STAY AWAY!!

The worst I can say I cannot write. Total scam supplier. Flowers ordered not delivered, truly awful customer services. I lost £25 to these scammers. Please read all reviews if you do not believe me. I wish I had.

Shabby bouquet

The only good thing about my order was the delivery.

I am extremely disappointed in the flowers that I ordered - this order was for a special birthday gift and I am embarrassed to say the least at the bouquet that has been delivered to my friend. The flowers are completely different - than order I had selected, which contained vibrant pink lilies, roses and carnations and was so colourful - the bouquet delivered is so washed out looking in colour. I am so disappointed in and now find myself having to apologise to my friend for the shoddy birthday present I have given her. The flowers are nothing like what I have ordered. The display I ordered was called parasol and really nice... Wish I could upload a photo of the flowers that was delivered.
I could have presented a better looking bunch of weeds than what has been delivered to my friend.

eFlorist reply......!!

Thank you for your email. We're sorry to learn of the disappointment you have experienced in sending flowers.
