Disgusted by eFlorist, May 2013, UK
I have just read the review from 'Disgusted from Malaysia' and I am amazed to say a similar thing happened to me two moths ago (April 2013) when I also purchased a bunch of Heaven Scent flowers for my Mother's 70th Birthday. Upon seeing the flowers a few days after I was shocked to see what had actually arrived.
I understand from eFlorist's website that there may be some substitutions in a bunch of flowers. In my case the flowers that arrived bore no resemblance to those advertised as you can see from the images.
The large bunch of flowers I purchased for £55 did not represent the £55 plus delivery that I paid.
Upon discussing this with eflorist they said because I complained after 7 days there is nothing they can do about it and declined to comment further.
I am therefore confused why eflorist can't advertise flowers they can actually deliver? I am further disgusted by eflorist lack of consistency and finally they response to me as a customer.
The crux of the matter is that the flowers were not what I agreed to buy, they did not represent value for money and...
