I ordered a beautiful 'Clementine' bouquet to be delivered to my other half a few weeks ago on her birthday. The thing that actually got delivered was an insult to both of us as it was nowhere close to what they advertised online. It had 'cheap' and 'substandard quality' and 'don't care about my job or about my customers' written all over it. Instead of a full beautiful bouquet there were a few emptyish branches with hardly any colour or life on them.
I was extremely disappointed and emailed their (Eflorist/Teleflorist) customer services to ask them how would they feel if they received this for their birthday, or if they had to pay for this deceit? Their reply was a standard scripted copy & paste email and they basically said there was nothing wrong with the bouquet (despite the obvious faults clearly visible in the pictures I sent them!).
My advice - avoid this company at all costs! Don't ruin your mood, don't spoil the occasion and don't waste your money.
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
