The only good thing about my order was the delivery.
I am extremely disappointed in the flowers that I ordered - this order was for a special birthday gift and I am embarrassed to say the least at the bouquet that has been delivered to my friend. The flowers are completely different - than order I had selected, which contained vibrant pink lilies, roses and carnations and was so colourful - the bouquet delivered is so washed out looking in colour. I am so disappointed in and now find myself having to apologise to my friend for the shoddy birthday present I have given her. The flowers are nothing like what I have ordered. The display I ordered was called parasol and really nice... Wish I could upload a photo of the flowers that was delivered.
I could have presented a better looking bunch of weeds than what has been delivered to my friend.

We do allow for a degree of substitutions for the arrangements we offer, however the bouquet chosen is one of our florist choice bouquets in the advertised colour scheme, pink, lavender and mauve. The image on the website is for illustration purposes, reading:
"Our expert florists will personally create your bouquet using the finest pink, lavender and mauve flowers. Your bouquet will be hand created by a professional florist, the image shown is for illustration purposes only and may vary."
That being said, we would expect the flowers received to fit this description and still be incredibly well received and we are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with the flowers received.
Having reviewed the photo you have been kind enough to send to us, we can advise that the flower arrangement received is within our expectations, having being made to excellent value and a great example of the kind of arrangements that our florists create.
As such, we are unable to proceed further with your complaint. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
