Founded in 1999, Interrose is an online-only florist and flower delivery service serving the whole of the UK. Although the name may suggest otherwise, Interrose provides a wide range of flowers, bouquets and arrangements in a number of styles, ranging from classic combinations to modern and unique arrangements. With free delivery available on all bouquets and a commitment to providing customers with only the highest quality blooms (as well as service comparable to any one of the larger brands operating in the UK), Interrose is a great choice if you’re looking for great flowers at budget-friendly prices.
Interrose offers customers a great range of budget-friendly flowers and bouquets. As well as wide variety of arrangements for any occasion, customers can also choose from a range of “boxed flowers” that can be posted un-arranged, giving the recipient the opportunity to make their own arrangement. As you would expect, these flowers are considerably cheaper than arranged bouquets from Interrose, offering customers another chance to save money with the site. Customers can also choose from a number of add-on gifts, such as wine and chocolates, which help to make any bouquet even more special.
One of the biggest downsides to using Interrose is the website itself. The site is confusing to navigate and particularly outdated, relying on a number of unusually placed hyperlinks around the page. While customers at one of the larger brands may expect colour-co-ordinated menus and simple, easy to navigate order pages, this is certainly not the case at Interrose and is a real letdown (especially considering the site otherwise provides great value, choice and service). It’s not all bad however, as customers can take part in the blog hosted on the site (which discusses seasonal flowers, site promotions and special offers and much more) as well as using the site’s ‘virtual rose’ feature to send a special something to a loved one’s email account!
Interrose is a bit of a mixed bag – while the site does provide customers with choice and value (providing a basic mixed bouquet for just £15.99 including delivery), the site itself lets the brand down and makes it difficult for customers to choose and order flowers. If you’re willing to accept this issue in order to benefit from the great value on offer, then Interrose could well be a great choice for you. If not, be sure to check out some other sites in this category, particularly those that feature in our top ten!
