Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend, when I rang to check what time they would be delivered I was told they could take up to three days to be delivered!!!!! ( so what's the point of a delivery date?!), this site is utterly useless!!! And they won't refund the money straight away so ill have to call again tomorrow to get my money back for a service they didn't provide in the time specified. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS TO ORDER FLOWERS! In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
