Dead flowers and useless customer service

I ordered their beautiful bright Spring Bouquet to cheer up my friend who had just lost her mum It arrived dead. It was also 3 days late. I was so embarrassed. After many emails and being passed from pillar to post they agreed to send her a replacement. It did arrive on time but were dull purple cheap Asters. Not the lovely bright varied bouquet I had ordered. They are ignoring all my emails, so I feel very ripped off and disappointed. I won't be using this company again.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

It's a shame I have to even give 1 star to be able to write a review, or should I say complaint, as I would much rather be able to give no stars!
My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine's Day.
My delivery arrived and I opened the box up and wasn't happy immediately to see the flowers lying flat in the box with the water from the bag around the bottom of the flowers soaked into the box and the card from my husband soaked, it wasn't really what I'd call a card, pleased he had gave me an actual card aswell as. There was a leaflet inside the box stating that any discoloured petals are normal and to just remove them to reveal a fresh bud underneath, never had to do that in my life they are fresh flowers and should look fresh from the very start. Once I actually took the outer cellophane and tissue paper off is when I realised how terrible they actually were.
The flowers were droopy and the roses were brown round the edges, I put them into water but no amount of water was going to save these.

My flowers never arrived so I cannot comment on the flowers. Upon contacting them they were not interested in my complaint. No refund offered no apology: I spent money on thin air!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Exceptionally bad, they don't care about their customers at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID Bouquets do not represent pictures in any way. Wrong flowers, wrong size bouquet, I paid for the biggest, wrong colour - they just respond with 'they are to Value?? - so nothing they can do. Some people have had worse than me. Firstly I actually received Flowers. But mine were very small badly arranged and wrong colour,. Customer services took over a week to respond, by which time the flowers were dead. Just avoid this middle man company and deal direct with a true florist.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Ordered flowers for "same day" delivery which were not delivered !! No contact from then to say that order could not be fulfilled. Needless to say my fiancée was puzzled, that evening, when I asked how she liked the flowers !!

When eflorist did contact me next working day it was only by email ! no explanation was given and all that was said was they were liaising with the florist !?!?

Maybe they should have tried liaising with the florist the day I placed my order !!!!!

No offer of being compensated in any way so I requested a full refund instead. No need to say they haven't even bothered to confirm, in writing, that the refund has been processed !?!?

Terrible customer relations and I will never use their service again as a result. I would have given them a NO star rating if that was an option !

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Miserable flowers, poor customer service

I ordered two bouquets to go to the same address. One was very nice, the other was pathetic. Nothing like the picture. Drooping & smelling by the second day and disposed of by the fourth. I would have done better for quality and value at a garage forecourt. Eflorist would not address my complaint as I had no photograph. I embarrassed my daughter in law by asking her to take a photo of flowers and she had to admit she already had to throw them away. Discomfort all round. Very poor service!!

Flowers delivered bore no resemblance to the photo on the website, to the point where they were a totally different colour and contained totally different flowers!

Complained to customer services who suggested I should have read the smallprint. No apology.
Joke of a company. Avoid.

Do not buy from them!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace as we were celebrating 2 years marriage and her birthday as well.
Simply put, flowers did not arrive on time. She came home from work with no flowers and I made a fool of myself. Deed is done.
After I talked with them and explained, they wouldn’t even consider a refund following the situation they’ve put me in. And they keep on blaming postal delivery service, etc.
I am extremely disappointed with this company and customer service is horrible.
DO NOT USE THEM AS YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Wish I had read the reviews, spent over £30.00 ordered a bouquet for my eighty four year old mum for Mother Day 2017, but they sent a bunch of tulips for almost half the price. Found out by accident when talking to my mother two weeks later. Told by eFlorist won't refund with out a photo, even when we had proof that they had been delivered. EFlorist Shocking customer service!

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I had some flowers delivered and they were dead tried to revive them and a few were left these were a present and when I looked she paid 25 pound and when emailing customer service all I have been getting is that's how they are and then they get better and please give 48 hours its already passed that and I'm clearly not getting anywere !
