Bought flowers for mums birthday. The delivery driver literally dumped them at the door. Then when I received a photo they were nothing like the web image.

Tried to contact these guys to discuss the issue and its impossible to call/find number.

Emailed a picture and text about the issues and got a weak response. Then they refuse to commit and it leaves you feeling frustrated and annoyed. I would take them to court but for £20, it is worth it !?

Would never use again and do not recommend. Their customer service is awful and attitude towards a new customer is terrible.

I will use J Lewis in future becuase they respect customers, unlike this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I would really carefully consider using this service. There is NO WAY to contact this company via phone - all communication is via email and they are not at all quick to get back to you, especially if you have a problem. I bought a bouquet for delivery and they attempted delivery, but said they failed to deliver the flowers. The recipients were in their flat and heard no doorbell ring. I emailed SerenataFlowers to tell them this information and asked them to deliver within the next hour as the recipients were leaving for their wedding. No response. A second attempt was made the following day but by then the recipients had left town for their honey moon. I asked for a refund twice, but was told that due to their terms and conditions, they could not give me a refund. AND they said we apologise for any inconvenience. I lost £50, which is not just an inconvenience and part of that was because I wanted a guaranteed delivery before 10am. Furthermore, no attempt was made to address the situation. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Arrived a day late and withered within 5 days. Could write paragraphs about this company but not prepared to waste my time. DON'T GO NEAR THEM AS THEY ARE RUBBISH.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I wish I had read the reviews before. NEVER EVER ORDER from this site. I wish I could put the pictures of the flower shown on the site and the flower we received. There were no leaves in the pictures but we received only leaves and very few flowers in between. I sent the flower to a special girl for me and I was highly embarrassed.

NEVER EVER and NEVER EVER if you have self respect...

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers to reach my mother on the first wedding anniversary she has had to face alone since she lost her husband. The flowers HAD to arrive.

They did not.
No explanation or communication came from Serenata Flowers
There is no number to call for customers and old numbers I found by searching online were out of service.
The website keeps crashing
There is no response to the online form I completed.

No company with this much incompetence or contempt for customers deserves to survive.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

If your willing to risk flowers not been delivered and are happy with flowers being delivered in a box, service is good. But when flowers don't show up, this is where the service completely fails, no way to contact other than email, insincere and inconsiderate reaction to failed delivery, assertion that you are lying as they launch investigation first rather than rectifying the mistake - after 5 days of chasing, offer a refund or redelivery in such a way that they infer they are doing you a favour. Flowers can be for very special and important moments in life and Serenata exhibit an appalling treatment of customers who have entrusted them with such moments and whom they have failed. When other flower firms make a mistake, they rectify immediately and, in my experience, send complimentary flowers to try and make amends - Serenata make no effort to do the same or make any other attempt to show a sincere regret for their failure. Overall, they can't be trusted to deliver, they can't be trusted to rectify their failing and, if it's an important occasion that relies on delivery on a certain date, they can't be trusted with Flowers

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I have used Seranata successfully before and today
I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my mother in law putting in her address and when I confirmed the payment the order said the delivery address was not the one I had specified! I was very cross but things got worse when I realised that there is no customer services tel helpline! It all has to be done online which is not fit for purpose as it says press a box to amend the delivery address but doesn't show the box. Absolutely frustrating! The online service keeps sending automated emails and now my expensive flower order is going to the wrong recipient! I have wasted 2 hours to try and amend the order but no one rang at all or responded satisfactorily to my many emails (10 in all) and every email
that you write has to go through such a palaver to send it
I WILL NEVER use Serenata again!
And now I will
have to get my cc company to take it up with them.
Despite me straight away putting it in writing to them

The quality of flowers received were dreadful. A few pounds priced flowers at a supermarket is of much better presentation and quality. I was embarrassed that the recipient knew these flowers were from me. Total waste of money! Avoid using the site to purchase flowers.

I have not encountered a customer service experience as bad as with Serenata flowers.
When trying to write a review on their website, I find that there is no option to be able to do so, and apparently through feefo they only contact a select few who they choose for reviews- very convenient as all their reviews on their websites are 5 stars!!!

I had an awful experience with Serenata.
I ordered some flowers and entered in the address and details fine to be sent to a friend in hospital the next day, a day before I went away for a week without any wifi. I had also provided my phone number.
I come back a week later to a single email saying that they couldn't send the bouquet because I 'hadn't entered the delivery address'. Well I clearly had, I remembered doing it and what's more they won't let you complete the order online without the delivery address entered.

I explained this to them and asked for a refund so I could send some flowers with interflora. I then get an email back saying that because the 'incomplete' delivery address (with only road name and postcode, although I definitely entered the whole address) was... (Read the full review)

Have been asked to write this review as if to a friend. In short, mate, don't use Serenata if you want a reliable, responsive service. There were NO GOOD points!

My one and only experience with this company left a 'nasty taste in the mouth'. £30 worth of flowers ordered well in advance for a special wedding anniversary were not delivered. When queried, it took persistence to get a response. I was told that it would take 48 hrs or so to get an answer from the courier - no proper apology was given and you would expect a phone call at least but I had to wait several days for an answer. The explanation by email was: 'left in a secure location at the front of the property'.

Apparently my flowers had been shoved in a neighbours garage ( about 90 meters down the road) and he had been away for over a week and discovered the box when he got back. Needless to say, the flowers were brown & shrivelled by this time.
