I ordered a £24.95 bouquet for Mothers Day and when they arrived yesterday they were absolutely appalling and nothing like the image shown on their website. There were just 6 flowers stuffed in a box with a load of advertising literature. A massive disappointment. I had tried to look at reviews for this company before ordering and did think it strange that there are no reviews shown on their own social media sites... clearly a company that are editing out negative reviews.

I wouldn't use this company again if they were the last florist on earth so avoid at all costs!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I've used this firm a lot in the UK and generally found them reliable and the flowers fresh. For the first time, I tried to send some flowers overseas to an elderly friend. Disastrous and frustrating experience - anyone contemplating anything similar: be warned. Their contact florist in Madrid refused to deliver the flowers on the promised delivery date because he claimed (so Serenata said) that I had given a wrong phone number.
I got an email message about this from Serenata, with a link that didn't work. No way of contacting them by phone - they claim that mailing their Customer Service is more efficient, which it most certainly isn't. Instead of settling the phone number issue with a quick phone call, I had to send a whole string of messages.

They denied having received the first one, which confirmed the phone number, gave a second number and pointed out that the recipient is quite deaf. I got a reminder from them the next day - again with a link that didn't work. Two lots of flowers ordered as a thank you for me and my daughter by an elderly relative. Dreadful flowers , only lasted a few days. Can't really complain as we were not the actual purchasers and we are far too embarrassed to go back to my Aunt and tell her. Reading the reviews on this site they are in dramatic contrast to the self serving rubbish on the Serenata review page.

Could it be that Seranata know that most people wouldn't complain in these circumstances?

Avoid them is my best advice.

I ordered a lovely looking Christmas arrangement for a friend. Ordered from Australia to the UK and delivered 19/12/16 as requested. What was delivered had only half the flowers and no candles evident. Should be embarrassed sending out a product like that. Emailed Serenata Flowers yesterday. No response as yet. Not happy at all.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered a bouquet, cake and balloon for a birthday surprise for a friend. When ordering, I could not see how to request a time slot, although it says this can be done. I emailed customer service but was too late. I had an email at 4.35pm to say the flowers had been delivered. I knew my friend was out at this time, so I emailed the company to ask where the flowers had been left (I had requested Deliver to a neighbour) and wondered which neighbour had taken them in. I was told the parcel was left in a secure place at the front of the house. There is no secure place at the front of the house, so I immediately drove to my friends house, luckily not too many miles away, and there was the parcel, outside the front door, in full view, so any passer-by could take it. Also it had been raining, so parcel was soaking wet.

When emailing the company, trying to get the point across that the parcel was not left in a secure place, and questioned why not left with a neighbour, was absolutely hopeless. They... (Read the full review)

Ordered flowers on the 14th for same day guaranteed delivery (which cost an extra 6-99).

On the evening of the 19th get an e-mail saying there was a delay in getting the delivery done and I needed to contact them.

On the 20th a phone call comes through informing me that they had tried to contact me by e-mail, mobile and home phone on the 14th. Categorically incorrect as I have the phone log for both phones - nothing received and of course e-mail log- again proving they are absolutely full of it!!

They then offered a refund or an upgrade that would be dependant on the local florist being willing to fulfil and pay for themselves .... no recompense for the extra 6-99 for 'guaranteed' same day delivery.

As I trust the word of Serenata even less than I do those of the average politician I opted for the refund (lets see how long that takes to materialise!!) and now will never use these charlatans again. Suggest you do the same.

I'm getting married tomorrow. Thought I'd send my wife to be a nice arrangement to arrive today to let her know how much I was looking forward to us becoming man and wife.

A simple enough process? Should have been!

Sadly amongst the several bouquets she received today from family and friends, whilst the flowers I sent her were apparently lovely - it would have been so much more romantic had she actually known they were from me!!!

Yep - flowers delivered with no accompanying card even though I'd written a heartfelt message on the online card section of the website. I wrongly assumed they would arrive with some kind of indication as to who had sent them.

So if you'd like to send somebody you love some flowers but not have them realise it was you? Use this company.

In future I'll stick to interflora.

More expensive but at least they'll arrive as planned.

I ordered flowers for my mum's Birthday well in advance (2 weeks) received an email with a tracking number and I thought that was that. I checked on my order several times on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and it said still out for delivery. End of the day comes same message. I emailed the company they tell me "the driver timed out" what the heck does that mean? the flowers were not delivered that day. The following day they were finally delivered after several emails to the company at 6 in the evening. Okay so I thought that was the end of it all. Nope following Monday I get an email they are sending a duplicate order of Birthday flowers to my Mum and charging me again. I sent an email asking them what for she already got the flowers and I have NOT ordered any more. They have picked out an awful bunch of gaudy flowers I never would have ordered. I chose to order from this company because they offered free next day delivery. The website refreshed on the details entry page and somehow duplicated my order. Despite notifying Serenata Flowers immediately, they have consistently refused to alter the order or refund me any money at all. They are deleting my social media posts warning others about them and the flowers are dead already despite only arriving 4 days ago. The photos on the website look lovely of course, but this company are a bunch of cowboys, I do not recommend ordering with them, under any circumstances. DISGUSTING.

The flowers were not cheap 29.99 when they turned up flowers were withered with moldy petals , baloon we ordered look like something you would buy from a tacky seaside shop , really ruined my girlfriend 40 th birthday not to mention the embrassment in front of her family on delivery , please don,t use serenata complete rip off
