I chose to order from this company because they offered free next day delivery. The website refreshed on the details entry page and somehow duplicated my order. Despite notifying Serenata Flowers immediately, they have consistently refused to alter the order or refund me any money at all. They are deleting my social media posts warning others about them and the flowers are dead already despite only arriving 4 days ago. The photos on the website look lovely of course, but this company are a bunch of cowboys, I do not recommend ordering with them, under any circumstances. DISGUSTING.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
