Ordered flowers for Mothers Day 2 weeks ago...they didn't arrive! Response from customer service "we can re-deliver at no extra cost"...second time this happened but date wasnt so critical last time so gave them benefit of doubt. No compensation offered. Couldn't care less about customer

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I am absolutely disgusted with this order. It's the first time I've used your company and for £35 I'd expect a better product.

I purchased this bouquet to give to my Mum on Mother's Day and judging by what she has received, she probably thinks her hate her.

Most of the flowers are squashed or flattened. The leafs are shrivelled or dead. You don't say on your site that they get delivered in a box and need to be assembled upon delivery, the picture shows a bouquet in wrapping with a bow! You are misrepresenting your product and misleading your customers.

Absolutely shocking to charge that much and just post a load of dead flowers in a box.

After reading reviews online, their customer service is as poor as their flowers. Don't make the same mistake I made, avoid this company at all costs. They are based in Malta so you'll have no chance of getting a refund

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Flowers arrived on time but the image on the website was not a true representation of what was delivered. They were sparse & looked like they had been bought at last minute from a garage. I was totally underwhelmed by them. When Customer Services were contacted, although they were very efficient the situation was not redressed.

I will not be using Serenta Flowers again. The pictures on their website are not representative of the goods received.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers for a romantic occasion and they were never delivered, I ordered on a Sunday with expected delivery on a Wednesday. I emailed on Thursday after no delivery and was told I need to wait 24 hours. Emailed on Friday after seeing that their internal tracking said the delivery failed. Response was that the driver could not find the address… I assume he hasn’t heard of google.
My only options were wait another 8 days for them to deliver again or get a refund, even though they offer a guaranteed next day delivery fee. Not much of a choice when the flowers are for an anniversary.
After reading the other reviews, I’m glad they weren’t delivered, as the receiver would have have been even more disappointed than I am.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

They are an awful company, I paid for flowers to be delivered to a close friend who’s mother had just died,
They didn’t turn up, then when I emailed to ask what happened to them they abused me and called me a liar.

Would never use them again. I wish I had checked out their awful reviews on trustpilot (which they have now turned off) before I bought them, I got some from Bloom & Wild in the end, they are much better.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Growing Plant dying after 7 days and poor customer service

Delivery was good but that's where a good review ends. The Poincettia growing plant ordered looked ok on arrival but after a few days leaves began to drop. We are familiar with keeping poincettia plants well so it was not due to poor care. On day seven I complained to Serenata who requested photos dated withing FIVE days of receipt. I had photographed it with leaves off and black patches on existing leaves after SEVEN daysso they point blank refused to consider the complaint. Appalling customer service.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Broken poinsettia

As I live in Switzerland and my 95 year old aunt lives in England I usually send her flowers or a plant at Christmas and for her birthday. This Christmas’ poinsettia plant arrived with several broken branches. As my aunt did not want to upset me she was very reluctant to let me know and did not do so immediately. I only got the information from her as I sensed there was a problem and pressed her for the information. She did tell me that her son tried to telephone Serenata flowers to complain when the plant arrived but he got no response. When I contacted the company they did not want to replace the plant because I could not provide them with a photograph with a date and the 5 day time limit had run out. (I did inform them that my aunt has no smart phone, computer or even internet connection - just a fixed line telephone.) Due to their total lack of understanding, I will never use Serenata Flowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Delivery and broken flowers

Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers for a friends 90th birthday. She lives in a gated community.

Flowers were thrown over the gate in the pouring rain resulting in flower heads being broken

Customer service response to complaint was to repeat request for photos. Unfortunately my friend does not even have a mobile phone to take photographs
Very poor service.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Horrendous service, use at your own risk

I ordered birthday flowers online on Tuesday 26th October.

The website GAVE the option for delivery next day on Wednesday 27th October.

I was told during the day on Wednesday at different times that they were with the courier and due to be delivered.

The customer service agents continued to tell me they would be delivered by 9pm.
THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED.

Today - Thursday 28th October- I now find out that they have only just been dispatched today and were not even dispatched yesterday as I was told!!! so everyone just lied to me yesterday.
They refuse to give me a refund, even when they have been unable to deliver when a customer requests and PAYS for it.

disgusting service, I am appalled and will never use them gain and ensure everyone I know never uses them either.

i am disgusted they have the audacity to lie so blatantly to customers, take my money for a service, not provide that service then refuse to refund me when they are UNABLE to provide that paid for service. What sort of a business is that?

i hope one day you receive the same service I have and then you might understand how disgraceful what you have done is. (Read the full review)

"Delivering Happiness" - just not on the agreed date.

"Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery.

Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment.

So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then.

Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
