As I live in Switzerland and my 95 year old aunt lives in England I usually send her flowers or a plant at Christmas and for her birthday. This Christmas’ poinsettia plant arrived with several broken branches. As my aunt did not want to upset me she was very reluctant to let me know and did not do so immediately. I only got the information from her as I sensed there was a problem and pressed her for the information. She did tell me that her son tried to telephone Serenata flowers to complain when the plant arrived but he got no response. When I contacted the company they did not want to replace the plant because I could not provide them with a photograph with a date and the 5 day time limit had run out. (I did inform them that my aunt has no smart phone, computer or even internet connection - just a fixed line telephone.) Due to their total lack of understanding, I will never use Serenata Flowers again.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers for a friends 90th birthday. She lives in a gated community.

Flowers were thrown over the gate in the pouring rain resulting in flower heads being broken

Customer service response to complaint was to repeat request for photos. Unfortunately my friend does not even have a mobile phone to take photographs
Very poor service.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered birthday flowers online on Tuesday 26th October.

The website GAVE the option for delivery next day on Wednesday 27th October.

I was told during the day on Wednesday at different times that they were with the courier and due to be delivered.

The customer service agents continued to tell me they would be delivered by 9pm.
THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED.

Today - Thursday 28th October- I now find out that they have only just been dispatched today and were not even dispatched yesterday as I was told!!! so everyone just lied to me yesterday.
They refuse to give me a refund, even when they have been unable to deliver when a customer requests and PAYS for it.

disgusting service, I am appalled and will never use them gain and ensure everyone I know never uses them either.

i am disgusted they have the audacity to lie so blatantly to customers, take my money for a service, not provide that service then refuse to refund me when they are UNABLE to provide that paid for service. What sort of a business is that?

i hope one day you receive the same service I have and then you might understand how disgraceful what you have done is. (Read the full review)

"Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery.

Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment.

So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then.

Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Flowers delivered 48 hours late, in damaged box held together with brown tape, most were already dead.
When I contacted customer services they could not be more unhelpful. I was asked to put the flowers in water and wait 5 days before contacting them again.
I also pointed out that their terms state a full refund would given if not delivered within 24 hours of the intended day. Their response was this does not include Sunday’s, yet their website clearly says they deliver 7 days a week.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Do not go to Serenata flowers ever. I had the misfortune to receive flowers today, 90% FILLERS AND 10% flowers. What a disgrace. Would prefer Tesco flowers instead. What a waste of money.

I cannot express my disappointment in the bouquet I ordered. It literally looks nothing like the photo and is so sparse. I raised this with the company showing them a number of photos in comparison to what is advertised on their website and they actually said and I quote they feel ‘the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected, and is to value’. I’m really appalled by their response which I disputed and all they could say was ‘apologies for your dissatisfaction’. Definitely would never order flowers from them again and would never recommend them.

Absolutely disgusted with Serenata Flowers. The courier did not deliver the flowers. We were lucky as the neighbour with a house on the other side of the road and quite far down the road from my mother delivered the flowers to her. The flowers had the correct address on there so we don't know why they ended up at the wrong place, our neighbour was out at the time and found them outside her door wilting in the sun. No note from the courier, nothing.

Rather than Serenata Flowers moving to sort this out or call me, I had to battle with them on a busy working day to say they hadn't been delivered when they said they had been. Frankly I am appalled by their lack of customer service and can only assume the positive reviews have been from their friends because my experience of dealing with Serenata Flowers was frustrating, hard work for me to type these messages and poor. They completely ruined the surprise for my mother and have offered nothing to me. I have just received flowers from Serenata. The box was bashed. According to the courier she had had them in the back of her car with parcels from several firms including Next and Very from lunchtime till 7.30pm on a blazing hot day. The quality and quantity of blooms was disgraceful for almost £30. At the moment I cannot see any good points at all.
