I ordered flowers for my mum's Birthday well in advance (2 weeks) received an email with a tracking number and I thought that was that. I checked on my order several times on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered and it said still out for delivery. End of the day comes same message. I emailed the company they tell me "the driver timed out" what the heck does that mean? the flowers were not delivered that day. The following day they were finally delivered after several emails to the company at 6 in the evening. Okay so I thought that was the end of it all. Nope following Monday I get an email they are sending a duplicate order of Birthday flowers to my Mum and charging me again. I sent an email asking them what for she already got the flowers and I have NOT ordered any more. They have picked out an awful bunch of gaudy flowers I never would have ordered. I tell them CANCEL this order I do not want it and did not order it. An email comes back no it is too late to cancel "your" order. Finally had enough and not getting anywhere I phone credit card company that I used for the original flowers and cancel the credit card. Hopefully it will end there. Please spare yourself the run around and use another company. My mother saiad the flowers were lovely but now its in the back of my mind after reading everyones reviews whether or not they actually where.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
