Ordered a birthday bouquet for my friend’s 65th birthday on 11th June. Her birthday was the 14th.

The flowers failed to arrive on the day but were delivered crushed, dead and paltry at 5:30pm a day late.

No apologies from the company and when I tried to complain they said delivery was within the 48hrs in their terms and conditions. Also, as my embarrassed and disappointed friend had thrown the bouquet away (instead of photographing it!) they would not be able to investigate my complaint.

It’s beyond belief. I had used Serenata flowers before and they had been good. Not any more. I will NEVER use this company again. You have been warned.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Flowers not delivered correctly, all attempts to resolve with customer services were met with - do another order and we will only charge 50%. They made no attempt to collect the delivery and redeliver to the correct address. Appalling customer service, would never use them again. Avoid at all costs!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Im from the Philippines and ordering the flowers for my family in the UK. This is supposed to be my 2nd time to order from Serenata and had a good experience with the 1st one. But this time....
Ordering for the same occasion— my cousins birthday.
I ordered the “Summer Time”... very colorful bouquet of different pink shades, peach and blue flowers, instead, my cousin received a lifeless and very ugly bouquet of that looks like they sent it just to say that they have delivered my order.
Worst is, the customer service keeps on saying that they are the same. Very deceiving and not worth it.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I work in a private hospital and order flowers numerous times a week. my usual supplier is closed for 2 weeks so i took a chance on serenata. the pictures on the website look beautiful but what arrives is shocking. the flowers were already wilted and half dead. for the price i paid £35 each, i recieved a few dismal stems and it looked tiny. the two bouquets i ordered were gifts and were only fit for the bin. i had to buy replacements at the local supermarket, roses and lillies which were beautful and smelt divine. i purchased two huge bouquets that were a fraction of the price serenata charge and superior in quality to serenata.

i would not want anyone to send this comapnies flowers as a gift thinking the friend or family member is going to recieve somthing beautiful because they will not.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

My son sent me some flowers they arrived today although I was delighted after the year we have all had I sent him a picture when I displayed them,and a thank you as I got chocolates with them I have to say i`ve had flowers sent from here before and they were far better he sent me a picture of what he had ordered and it looks like they have replaced chrysanthemums with a very limp daisy type flower that are half dead and some of the other sprigs of dressing missing I have told him to complain I hope he does so others won`t be disappointed.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

If you want a quicky divorce, use Serenata flowers. Valentines day is 14th February, not 15th. Poor quality flowers delivered a day late. Terrible customer service.

What a disappointment. Ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday and after paying nearly £30.00 they sent her a bouquet that looked like a £5.00 bouquet from the supermarket. After complaining I was told that there's nothing wrong with the bouquet! Clearly there is ! It's completely different from the one pictured on their website, about half of the size and the flowers look horrible. Never again !

Ordered a "Freya" bouquet of flowers for a very special family 75th birthday celebration.

Flower bouquet arrived in a small cardboard transit box. The flowers were mostly unopened buds with an excess of green foliage / only five roses were open. (The presentation of the bouquet was also poor as it looked like it had just been thrown together). The product obviously did not match the description photograph as shown on the Serenata Flowers website (which was important as they had been bought as a gift for a family 75th birthday celebration which was to take place the next day). Because the bouquet could not be used for its intended purpose a replacement had to be bought at short notice from a local florist.
There was also no telephone contact number for the florists who made them up so that I could get a replacement as they were supposed to be given to the recipient the following day.

I opened up a complaint on the Serenata website where I stated that the flowers were unsatisfactory and provided a photograph of the bouquet I had received as requested. I said I did not want another bouquet as it would not be delivered in time... (Read the full review)

I am compelled to write a negative review about Serenata Flowers, since they have refused to do anything with my complaint to them.

I am pretty furious to be honest after special occasion flowers were delivered 2.5 days AFTER a birthday, having been "out for delivery" three days in a row, they arrived dehydrated to a disappointed former birthday girl.

After the special occasion day passed with no flowers having arrived, I contacted Serenata to find out what was going on and was horrified to learn due to an invisible policy that allegedly states when you order special occasion flowers for delivery on a certain date, 48 additional hours must be allowed for AFTER the special occasion has passed before they will process any inquiries or complaints. I asked repeatedly for the customer agent to show me where this was written on the website, but the policy does not exist in writing. Rather it is something customer services uses to block complaints and investigations.
