I would really carefully consider using this service. There is NO WAY to contact this company via phone - all communication is via email and they are not at all quick to get back to you, especially if you have a problem. I bought a bouquet for delivery and they attempted delivery, but said they failed to deliver the flowers. The recipients were in their flat and heard no doorbell ring. I emailed SerenataFlowers to tell them this information and asked them to deliver within the next hour as the recipients were leaving for their wedding. No response. A second attempt was made the following day but by then the recipients had left town for their honey moon. I asked for a refund twice, but was told that due to their terms and conditions, they could not give me a refund. AND they said we apologise for any inconvenience. I lost £50, which is not just an inconvenience and part of that was because I wanted a guaranteed delivery before 10am. Furthermore, no attempt was made to address the situation. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. The only good thing I can say about this company is that they have a nice selection, but I have no idea what the quality was because no one ever saw the flowers!
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
