Ordered some flowers which were on special offer for a relatives birthday. Firstly, I was panicking as at 7pm still a no show. They finally arrived at around 7.40pm. Although the flowers are lovely, they look absolutely nothing like the picture /bunch I selected. The selection I made had lillies in - not a single lily in the bunch received. Specifically ordered these for the lillies. Dissapointed .

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Ordered a large bouquet and card for an aunts special birthday (ordering was easy hence one star)THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED. Arranged for another bouquet to be delivered after a week. THEY TOO WERE NOT DELIVERED. No apology or compensation offered. Assume that this must happen often because nobody seemed that surprised or that concerned. STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Can't comment on the quality of the flowers because no one, myself or the would be recipient saw any!

Very hard to find a feedback form so guessing the organisation select their own feedback for their own website. If I could leave NO STARS I would.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Received these flowers from work colleagues however the standard bouquet was very small and not value for money even at £19.99 so is a rip off at full price of 29.99.
The flowers had small stems but were fresh

Ruined my evening .been backwards and forwards on their website and 'support' line but they still have not sorted out my order. Will never use them again. Appalling attitude and service. They don't even seem to have a mechanism by which you can complain - just an automated reply by email and several promises to call me back which they did not do. Avoid!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

You give instructions for delivering when the recipient is not home and they ignore them>

you can only contact them via the web site but you can t reply to their emails????

Please take note - when ordering flowers from Serenata they are boxed up and sent via Yodel, not via a local florist. I ordered my wife some flowers and found the they can be delivered any time up to 9:00PM! In fact, when contacting Yodel the delivery time is between 12:00 and 9:00pm.

I've been back through the order process online and cannot find any notice about this time slot.

My wife has left work without flowers. Yodel state that "If you are out we will leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a dry, safe place out of public view.". Good luck in Manchester City Centre.

I've been in touch with Serenata and they've advised that I agreed to the delivery slot in the terms and conditions, don't you love small print. I can't imagine that they'll agree to my request to make this time slot clear on the web site....

Be careful!

Used serenata a lot over the last few years.
However this is the third time now they have let me down big time!
Failed to deliver flowers for my friends birthday on Sunday even though I had Paid for Sunday pre noon delivery
This also happened earlier in the year when I bought for another friend.
Also last year I sent flowers for my friends 60th. They arrived but were nearly dead!
They did send a new bouquet but again totally spoiled what should have been a lovely surprise.

I won't be using them again

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to a hotel in Newcastle as a surprise. The flowers never arrived. The money has not been refunded and there is no way of contacting the Company as any time I attempt to log on it states wrong email or password but they have my email and bank details from the booking so could easily refund the money.

Read other review sites as this Company and Companies affiliated to it do not favour well.

Would not recommend or use again.

The flowers were sent as a thank you gift. Upon arrival the flowers looked drab and poor but as a gift did not question the choice or quality. It wasn't until the same person ordered the same bouquet for their partner that it became apparent to them that what they ordered bore no resemblance to the pictures advertised. The delivered flowers were a smaller version of that advertised and a dull uninspiring bouquet more suited for a funeral. Trying to contact Serenata Flowers is impossible.

I visited the website and was thrilled with the choice and offers a review site I went on the response was good, so I immediately put in my order and paid for it easy!!!! My order confirmed and paid for next day delivery. Problem started when I asked if it was possible to have a '50th balloon, instead of the one that was show that said 'Happy Birthday', which I had ordered and paid for all I wanted was this exchange, unfortunately I only read their reply in the evening which told me they were pleased to say they could supply a '50th balloon' for an additional cost of £9.99, nooooo.. I only wanted an exchange I emailed back late evening of the next day order only to receive a reply the next morning that my order had been cancelled, I was gutted, there was no telephone number and when I tried to email them I just got an automatic response. As far as personal service and customer service in my experience, it is rubbish.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
