I tried to organise anniversary flowers to arrive at my wife's work. The "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" arrived at 7:40pm, where only the reception was still open. The times stipulated in the small print were not clearly advertised on their website until I checked, on the day, for delivery status.

I had to travel into the office the next day just to receive the item - Serenata customer services were apologetic but unhelpful.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Easy to order, delivered on time.

However..they were not at all what I ordered.
I asked for an all red bunch to be delivered, my Aunt received pinks, green, purple and white. When I complained the response I got was, 'We can see the florist try to include red so there will be no refund or resend'.

At the very least they should have asked if I minded a different colour scheme. At this time of year when flowers are so plentiful they should not have got this so wrong.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I was recommended Serenata by a friend but, I must admit, put off by all the negative reviews on the internet.

I decided to give them a go nevertheless, but they let me down.

I tried to order a bouquet online, but the purchase page wouldn't load in any browser, so I contacted their customer services department.

They replied by email, asking me to give them a number they could call me on to complete my purchase. But they didn't call, so I didn't get to place my order, and, because I waited for them to call I missed the deadline to order from another company in time to send my daughter flowers for her birthday.

Useless!

I won't be making that mistake again, clearly.

Congratulations on creating another dissatisfied would-be customer.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

My elderly father waited in for two days running for flowers that failed to arrive. No explanation or apology was given. Automated emails. Refund given. Very very disappointed. No stars.

Received a bouquet sent by my daughter as a thank you for supporting her during her treatment for breast cancer. ( a heart rendering experience )

They looked nothing like the advert very disappointing consisting mainly of what looked like long stems of tiny daisies three oriental lilies of which three buds where broken.

Although pleased by the jester I felt she would have had better quality and cheaper from Tesco's or Aldi's
I would not recommend Serenata in my experience and felt sorry for my daughter who was upset when she saw them

Having seen a wonderful looking bouquet on the website, I ordered it to be delivered the same day, which to their credit, it was. I received a 'thank you' from the recipient with an attached photo. I thought "that's funny, it looks half the size of that advertised", so I contacted Serenata. Despite several emails, they were convinced that the photo I sent them was comparable to the bouquet on their website. I wish I could upload the two photos here!! The one I ordered was 'wow' and the one delivered was 'ok'. It would have been fine if they had recognised the difference and made steps to put it right. Instead, they argued and argued and finally offered a paltry 10% discount. Subsequent to my experience, I've seen other similar comments. Next time, I won't be calling them, as what you see, is not what you get.

Well, the website looks good. But there it stops. I ordered 'cheese heaven' as a fifth wedding anniversary gift for our son and daughter in law. On the late afternoon of the day it should have been delivered I received an email saying 'because of technical streaming'whatever that means, it couldn't be delivered. It's impossible to contact them by phone and their system of e contact is tortuous in the extreme. I wanted them to deliver ASAP. But no. I now receive an email to say it won't be delivered until Tuesday. Today is Sunday. No offer of an upgrade or money off. I shall never, never use this company again. The service is appalling. And they have the insolence to address me by my Christian name. They are not people I know, or indeed ever wish to know after this disgracefully poor practice. Avoid at all costs.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers for my daughters 21st birthday. The flowers were delivered on time but were such a disappointment. They were nothing like the picture on the website and the basket was only half full. All there was were three pink roses and lots of foliage. The basket dwarfed the flowers and there were a couple of sticks in the basket for some strange reason. Badly disappointing for my daughter and very upsetting for me as it was supposed to be a thought to say how much I missed being with her on the day. Serenata would not post my review on their website and despite me sending them photos of the flowers they have not done anything to address my complaint. I would never recommend them to anyone nor order from them again.

I also like a lot of people on here wish id read the reviews here before ordering anything. I ordered flowers for mothers day to be delivered in Ireland on the day. This morning THE DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled as the flowers id ordered were not available for delivery in Ireland. At no point during the purchase did they mention this they allowed me to complete the purchase they even sent me an email to confirm my order and took the money from my account. As the only way to contact them is online I did this and all I got in reply was "sorry for the inconvenience". They are completely unprofessional for the fact they left it till the last minute to tell me and also allowing the transaction to be processed. It is too late now to make alternative arrangements and I wont see the money back in my account for at least a week. I will never use them again.

I don't know where to begin with this company.

Since a next day delivery option was available, and I ordered early in the morning of the Monday, I expected the flowers I had bought to be delivered sometime the next day. It costs £6 by the way for that. This was to my girlfriend who lived in Canada. They use Canadian "agents" to get this done. I have used this service before and it was next day then.

When I "tracked" my order on Tuesday evening, not only did it say my order was on hold, but no-one had contacted me from Serenata Flowers to explain this. If I had not tracked my order, I would not have known anything was wrong. This is of course a major failing.

The rep I spoke to explained that the order was not completed because it was "out of their delivery range", and requested I re-order flowers. At no time in that email did they explain why this issue had not been told to me as soon as possible after I placed my order; neither did they explain which flowers were outside the delivery range.
