I have used Serenata Flowers several times and have generally been pleased with their service. That was until I tried to send some flowers to my mum to arrive before christmas. They didn't arrive, but I was prepared to be patient and get them re-sent at a later date. Since then however it has been a nightmare to get this problem resolved. My first instinct - to call someone - was dashed at the first hurdle. There is no customer service number and I have only received automated replies from their so called customer service email service. What a load of rubbish! Still no flowers, still no refund, still no real contact from anyone at their company. I am furious now. I would have forgiven them the first delivery error, but now will NEVER use this company again.
I would have given no stars if that was possible....

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I would NEVER use this company again. I made two purchases and made an additional payment to ensure that the flowers for the two destinations arrived at the same time. One did - fine - but the other has not turned up and is now scheduled for a week's time - of no use whatsoever - and there has been no offer of refund for payment I made for timed delivery.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get proper contact with the company as there is no phone number and the customer services dept seems not to exist. I can't access the web site using the login they have provided to cancel my order.

Should this company should be referred to Trading Standards -they have certainly not fulfilled the contract I made with them when I paid them.

NO STARS though I have been forced to give them one or this review won't appear!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Website offers a wonderful selection of flowers... I am sure they would have been lovely.. Had they of turned up!!

Received an email at 11am on the requested delivery date advising that the order had been dispatched to the courier and that they would be with the recipient later that day. They never arrived. I wish that I had read reviews before buying from Senenata. It seems that this is a common occurance!

I do not live in the UK and therefore am unable to see my mother on her birthday. I am furious that she did not reveive my flowers. Will not use this site again.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I wish I had seen this website before using Serenata. I wanted my mother to receive a floral bouquet on her 90th birthday, so Googled flowers delivered. Serenata were top of the list. They claimed a 4.5 stars customer rating so I decided to use them. I ordered a miniature pink hydrangea in a pot for £29.99 to be delivered 2 days later (i.e. not the same day). I received an email at 7p.m. the day before the planned deliver day to inform me that they could not fulfill my order and could I nominate an alternative. This I did immediately. Next morning I received another email to inform me that they had received the revised instruction too late to deliver that day (my mother's birthday). They did suggest however that I could use their "same day delivery service" to ensure my mother received her flowers that day. Looking at their website again I could see that basically, you could buy the same, or very similar, floral arrangements but would have to pay an additional £10. Sent flowers to my wife and mother. Admittedly I bought a £24 bunch so not a massive bouquet, but what was delivered was a complete rip off.

Took photos of the flowers and sent through to the company complaints. They replied saying it looked like the photo on their site (which it didnt) and therefore wouldnt provide any compensation. Tried this twice but got the same story.

Recommend scrolling past page 1 of google to see the true customer view of Seranata.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

My cousin is a beer man and I was racking my brains as to what to give him. I made up mind when I saw your award winning Ale Hamper. It was as if it had been designed for him. I can still hear the story on party weekends. Three Cheers Serenata!

There was some problem with the delivery. I was okay with that since I live in the US and was using Serenata to send flowers in the UK. But they were great even with a days delay and my mom-in-law was absolutely thrilled. So thanks a lot.

While on a business trip in Scandinavia I managed to miss the birthday of my wife. Luckily I found Serenata Flowers online. I found that they had a reasonable good selection. My wife was happy with the flowers and the delivery service as well. Just great service by this online florist!

I should have realized something was wrong when I didn't get an e-mail confirmation - only a tracking number and a promise to deliver on the 17/05/2013 to my daughter who was home all day that day.

When the flowers finally arrived on the 21/05 -4 days late- they were far from fresh and had obviously been in the box for days.

After sending 3 e-mails of complaint, and receiving 3 no-reply e-mails back assuring me they would deal with this, I received a 4th e-mail directing me to an inaccessible website.

Incidentally, my credit card was compromised after being charged...could it be Serenata Flowers???

Apparently, there is nothing much I can do except warn others not to deal with these people.
