I have used Serenata Flowers several times and have generally been pleased with their service. That was until I tried to send some flowers to my mum to arrive before christmas. They didn't arrive, but I was prepared to be patient and get them re-sent at a later date. Since then however it has been a nightmare to get this problem resolved. My first instinct - to call someone - was dashed at the first hurdle. There is no customer service number and I have only received automated replies from their so called customer service email service. What a load of rubbish! Still no flowers, still no refund, still no real contact from anyone at their company. I am furious now. I would have forgiven them the first delivery error, but now will NEVER use this company again.
I would have given no stars if that was possible....
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
