DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered a nice big bunch of flowers for my mum's 87th Birthday as a big surprise but no flowers arrived. Now they say (by website only, you can't email or ring them so you're stuffed if you haven't got full access to the internet afterwards-you need a/c no.s, passwords, everything provided uses ones and cap is, zeros and cap os, so you can't get in.) They now say I ordered for a week later! Like I don't know the date 12.12.12! Terrible website, terrible customer service, quick to take your money but then they let you down all the way! Avoid like the plague! I HATE THIS COMPANY!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Worst company I have ever come across. Flowers weren't delivered (even though I got an email saying they were), slow responses, horrendous customer service and still no refund or flowers a week later. DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Ordered on 20/8 to arrive on the 22/8 for someone specials birthday, tried to track the order and website was down so on the delivery date I contacted them by email and they informed me 2 mins later that they hadn't made the delivery which by now was to late to order flowers from a reliable company instead. Don't use them if you want the flowers to arrive!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Ordered 16/8 for delivery on 20/8 which was for my wife on our 18 th wedding anniversary!!!

Not only did the flowers fail to materialise, but I was told at 6:20pm when I enquired that they were out for delivery, then got a t text at 8:38pm to tell me there was a problem. When I rang again to enquire on the status, I was informed that there was a failed delivery and a card was posted. NO CARD, NO DELIVERY.
So, instead of enjoying a pleasant evening, I spent it on the phone trying to track my order.

Thanks, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Then to cap it off, the customer service rep was as unhelpful, robotic and bordering on arrogant.

They seriously need to sort out your customer service, will never use then again Serenanta, utterly USELESS!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers and a balloon from Serenata as a get well gift for a colleague. The money was taken from my account but nothing was sent to my colleague. After a week, I contacted Serenata to ask what had happened (I tried to track my order on the website but nothing happened when I tried to log in so I was unable to tell whether the order had been processed). They said it was a mistake on the system and that they would send her the order as soon as possible. It then took a further week of chasing the company and then they finally delivered the order and offered no refund whatsoever, despite the fact that they were two weeks late. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Do not use this company.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

OK I brought my other half some flowers for an apology, I ordered them no problem, and paid for express shipping. Guess what? Flowers never arrived. I called them up and they did refund my express shipping cost and they told me that they would contact the courier company they use to the flowers and find out what went wrong. Typically there web site was down and the customer service team wouldn't let me contact the courier services myself. So I waited a hour and then call back to find the progress of my flowers. To my dismay nothing, but the next person I spoke to was kind enough to refund all my money and if the flowers did turn up keep them for free as a sorry gift. First and last time they will be used. I advise you to go go near them even with ten foot barge poll?!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I'm going to complain to both the Advertising Standards Authority and Trading Standards Institute about this company and I suggest others do the same then somthing might get done about them.

They sent me email & texts saying they'd delivered my flowers - they hadn't. After chasing them up it turned out the courier apparently couldn't find the address even though it was automatically filled in for me by the websites own address finder when I entered the postcode. 10 days later I still don't know where the flowers are, they're not replying to emails & its impossible to speak to anyone on the phone about a complaint.

Judging by the reviews on here I don't believe that the glowing testimonials on their website are genuine & its strange because its impossible to leave one on there yourself.

They're also misleading with their website as their lengthy terms & conditions are not put where companies are supposed to put them i.e. opening in a link just before you tick that you accept them and pay, but bizarrely hidden away on their 'help' page for some reason. Could this possibly be because they don't want people to find them?

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I have previously ordered flowers and received flowers from Serenata Florist and have been pleased with what has been ordered as have the recipient. I ordered a topiary display that was sent by a third party, and had to contact their Customers services due to an issue with it. I was very impressed by their response and will continue to use them. I have no business or personal association with the company.

After sending my first bouquet of flowers to my girlfriend she was delighted, but they did not live up to the photo of them on the website but also within 4 days most of them are drooping and dying and at a cost of £24.99 it is a disappointment to say the least, so don't recommended this website.

Seranata Flowers have a customer service department but it seems they fail time after time at making the customer happy. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mothers Day, and later found out that she was visiting my sister for a few weeks. I was able to contact customer service before the flowers were due for delivery, but Ray in customer service refused (via email) to redirect the order or even hold the order until my mother returned home. I followed up by asking for an explanation since there was plenty of time to intercept the order. There was silence from customer service, and the flowers were dispatched to an empty house. It was a waste of 50 pounds and a waste of flowers - thank you for nothing Serenata Flowers!
