I have used Seranata successfully before and today
I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my mother in law putting in her address and when I confirmed the payment the order said the delivery address was not the one I had specified! I was very cross but things got worse when I realised that there is no customer services tel helpline! It all has to be done online which is not fit for purpose as it says press a box to amend the delivery address but doesn't show the box. Absolutely frustrating! The online service keeps sending automated emails and now my expensive flower order is going to the wrong recipient! I have wasted 2 hours to try and amend the order but no one rang at all or responded satisfactorily to my many emails (10 in all) and every email
that you write has to go through such a palaver to send it
I WILL NEVER use Serenata again!
And now I will
have to get my cc company to take it up with them.
Despite me straight away putting it in writing to them
That the delivery address was wrong, they made no attempt to contact me by phone and processed the order anyway despite acknowledging that it was wrong address and being told that it being their website error. O *
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
