Dead, wilted flowers. Terrible Customer service. Expensive!
22 April 2013
Reviewer: Shaz from UK

After several failed attempts to order online, the flowers arrived wilted and dead. This was a mother's day present (which arrived a day early than I wanted) and we were very, very shocked and disappointed. The complaint took over a week to solve, and they sent a replacement out eventually. To my disgust these were also wilted, brown and dead!!!!! Expected a full refund but they couldn't care less. They sent me a £5 gift voucher, thinking I was silly enough to buy anything from them again! Wouldn't recommend the site to anyone. Expensive, terrible customer service, and dead, wilted flowers sent to me TWICE. I certainly advise you don't waste your money here.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Failed to deliver flowers at all for mother's day and did not respond to a number of E mails. Eventually had money refunded after a week with no explanation or apology. Horrendous service, do not use if the flowers are for a special occasion.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

A CRIMINAL COMPANY
19 March 2013
Reviewer: AnonConsumer from England

ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers day, choosing iflorist above other services because they did deliver on that particular day. The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, they were old and dying (had brown bits on them) and the card was poor quality (the printing was scabby) with another customers message inside; it really does ruin the sentiment when the card signs off from someone else.

The service is awful, I've had to continually repeat the problem, no reply to messages, no follow ups, I sent pictures as soon as they asked for them and now I'm being told the company don't give refunds!! What happened to the 'Satisfaction Guarantee?'. And to quote the company on the issue of the misprinted card 'Robert Kasar: Message cards got mixed up with some orders due to rush time.' They don't care at all, let alone have any idea about consumer law in Britain.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews; it's very clear that they have problems when the complaints are of the same nature. I include a link to a website regarding iflorist posting fallacious positive reviews on themselves in the past http://www.bitterwallet.com/iflorist-comes-up-smelling-of-roses-on-review-site/27464 (Read the full review)

Absolutely shocked and disgusted!

I purchased a trug of country cottage flowers on iflorist and arranged the delivery to be on Mother's Day. Firstly, the flowers were not delivered till the following day and no apology was made for this by the courier. Secondly, the flowers which arrived were not the ones I had ordered and were just a normal bouquet that I could have purchased from a garage. Thirdly, they contained lilies which I had stated on my order form my mum is allergic to.

I phoned the customer service number on the Monday at lunch time and raised my issues with member of staff and was informed order escalation would contact me regarding these. The next evening I still had not received any information or the phone call I was promised therefore I phoned back. The member of staff I spoke with was polite, helpful and apologetic. He informed me the flowers would be picked up the following day and a full refund would be provided. The following day my mum stayed home waiting but no-one arrived to collect the flowers. I phoned back again and the first member of staff I... (Read the full review)

so i ordered the mother's day carnations for my mam they arrived on the Sunday. only to see they weren't carnations at all they looked more like daisies! so i email iflorist straight away all i got was a sorry email and they will make sure it won't happen again! So i phones up and i was told to send a photo of the flowers i had received to their email to have it investigated. i received a email 3 days later telling me they are sorry and they could provide me with a £5 off code for my next purchase!!!! so i chatted to the online support team and i was spoken to utterly disrespectful! bloke said to me you received them on the 10th and you only complained on the 13th? if he was to have looked at my records he would have seen I've complained everyday from the 10th!!! but still no only offered a £5 off code which is unbelievable as i SHALL NOT be using them again! avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beware of Iflorist
13 March 2013
Reviewer: Tango from France

Iflorist promise high performance. In fact they deliver poor quality, poor performance, are unreliable and have little or no customer support of any value.
A genuine error can be forgiven if an explanation is forthcoming with an apology. Compensation is an easy solution in this business. Iflorist on the other hand are a shadowy organisation almost impossible to penetrate having no easily accessible telephone numbers and relying on the anonymity of electronic communications. Their customer service consists of 'ticket numbers' issued in response to an email and promising to look into the issue pending a full response - which never actually arrives. A further request for a reply merely results in new ticket number promising a response as if it is a new enquiry. And so it goes on.

I would warn against using this Company. I did so believing that all such Companies offered a similar service. NOT TRUE. I lost £35, which for me was a small amount compared to upsetting a dear friend on a special occasion. There are many other more reputable and well known organisations who have good reputations and respect their customers - PLEASE USE THEM

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Order Number: 307613

I like to be organised and ordered 4 gifts of different items to be delivered during Feb and March 2013.

Item 1
Valentines gift for my husband, a wine gift set. Should have been delivered on the 14th Feb, was not received until the pm of the 15th Feb. I complained on the 14th Feb following their online process, and sent 5 more complaints; no reply was received until the 3rd March, where they said they would send the item again as a sorry. It is now the 11th March and nothing received!

Item 2
My mother birthday arrangement arrived on the 9th March as request...wait for it.... all the roses in the arrangement where dead, not just a bit wilted, but brown petals on each and every one!!!I took pictures and complained. Still not even an acknowledgement received.

Even their marketing has got it wrong, I have received today 3 emails telling me mothers day is in 2 weeks and to get my flowers ordered - guys this was yesterday well done!

I can really do without this hassle and the poor quality and service just topped the whole experience off.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, GO WITH ANY... (Read the full review)

TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE!

I ordered flower on 6th March to be delivered in France 8th March. They did not arrive. Called that evening to be told there is no tracking number but they would get back to me. No call back so I phoned again the next day to be told I would receive a call by 2pm. Still no call back, so phoned again. Assured they would be delivered that day or day after, still no flowers, I spoke to 4 different people (Chris, Francesca, Christine and Emma)and when I asked to speak to manger I was told he is too busy to talk to me.

I appreciate that it is mother's day in the UK and they are busy but it is not mother's day in France so delivery should not be a problem.

49.99 Euros taken out of my bank but still no flowers!

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Avoid iFlorist
09 March 2013

I ordered flowers on Monday 4th March for Mother's Day. I specified delivery on Saturday 9th when someone was home. My mother arrived home yesterday (Friday 8th) to find a delivery card from Yodel, iFlorist's choice of courier I assume. The card stated "I called to deliver I have left your parcel for you to collect from: FRONT DOOR". Are they mad? Needless to say there was nothing outside of our front door. We live on a London street with the front door opening onto the public road. Who can possibly think that's an acceptable place to leave a parcel. I called iFlorist this morning. After 4 separate attempts I finally got through. My call lasted 15 minutes (to an 0844 number) - excessive - after which I was told my query had been escalated and to be assured I'd get a call back. Obviously no call back. Their customer services shut at 2pm. At 1.45 I called to be greeted by an automated voicemail. This is my second attempt ordering from iFlorist, more fool me that I gave them a second chance after a disappointing first. Horrible horrible way of conducting a business, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Late valentines flowers and late customer service
28 February 2013
Reviewer: Martin Thorpe from UK

I ordered some flowers for my wife for Valentines Day. As I was working away from home, I called that evening to see how she liked her flowers (and complimentary chocolates!) only to find that they had not been delivered. The flowers (minus the chocs!!!) eventually arrived the following morning - not very useful for Valentines, and frankly was incredibly embarrassing and a massive let down. Had I known of any delay I would have ordered elsewhere. Obviously, highly unlikely to use them again but I did want an explanation so reported the issue via the website only to receive an automated response telling me that "we will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can though we are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries". Nearly two weeks on and no response so I decided to phone and ask for a refund. The member of staff asked if there was anything wrong with the flowers (?!) and told me that I was only entitled to a refund of the delivery cost (a couple of quid!!) as I hadn't reported the issue within 2 weeks. I explained that (1) I had reported the issue on the evening of... (Read the full review)
