so i ordered the mother's day carnations for my mam they arrived on the Sunday. only to see they weren't carnations at all they looked more like daisies! so i email iflorist straight away all i got was a sorry email and they will make sure it won't happen again! So i phones up and i was told to send a photo of the flowers i had received to their email to have it investigated. i received a email 3 days later telling me they are sorry and they could provide me with a £5 off code for my next purchase!!!! so i chatted to the online support team and i was spoken to utterly disrespectful! bloke said to me you received them on the 10th and you only complained on the 13th? if he was to have looked at my records he would have seen I've complained everyday from the 10th!!! but still no only offered a £5 off code which is unbelievable as i SHALL NOT be using them again! avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
