Absolutely appalling, Take your money, Don't deliver flowers.

There are no good points about this company! Requested a delivery date for flowers to be sent to Canada. Received a delivery note to say they had been delivered but they hadn't. Company said they would be re-delivered a week later and again exactly the same happened! Have sent numerous emails to the company, have received two replies stating they will look into the matter, but never come back to you! I even sent an email to the MD David Price [email protected], but surprise surprise no reply! This company are just running a scam, don't get caught out, make sure you check reviews first!! This company doesn't deserve a star.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I have had a very similar experience to the other users. Ordering the flowers is easy. Getting them impossible and also no response from the company. Shoddy in the extreme.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I wanted to give no star ratings for this "company" as it deserves none: criminals don't get stars last time I checked. This is a sham operation that preys on people who innocently attempt to send flowers to loved ones, for either happy or not so happy occasions. I hope the operators get their just desserts some day. They should be ashamed of themselves (our story in brief: our teenaged son attmepted to send flowers to his girlfriend travelling in France. It was meant to be a romantic surprise, purchased with his hard earned money at minimum wage...like all the other stories, no flowers were ever delivered although the credit card was charged. They even sent a confirmation of delivery notice and a follow up email saying they'd check into the matter, before we clued in that it was a scam.

Just horrible, horrible people.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I booked a delivery to go to my sister in France for her fortieth birthday. I place the order 4 days before and chose a delivery date. My flowers did not arrive and I had no response from I florist. When I finally managd to get one of them on "live chat". It was 6 dats after I had placed my order. Nobody knew why it hadn't been delivered. And I was assured that someone would get back to me. They didn't. So I tried "live chat" again. I got the same perfunctory answers and was told that my delivery had failed and that they would have to reprocess the order and that they couldnt now be delivered until day. 12. I was told repeatedly to be patient and someone would email me They didnt. I so far have sent 20 emails and have obtained a supervisors email. If anybody would like it [email protected]. This until now has still not got a response. Do not use this company. I have spoken to inter flora today who say they will deliver today and it was cheaper. DONT USE THEM.
The good reviews look like they have done them themselves.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Warning, do not use the service of this company. I had flowers delivered to my mother in France for mother's day (I live in the US). The delivery went very well but 2 weeks after, I was contacted by the flower shop in France who said they were given an incorrect credit card number and had not managed to get paid so far depsite several phone calls to iFlorist. I have tried to contact iFlorist customer's service twice but never got any answer. One month later the flower shop was still waiting to be paid. I felt so bad about it that I paid directly the flower shop, meaning I ended up paying twice for the flowers. Actually more than this as the amount paid to iFlorist was quite expensive. Rather than using iFlorist, I recommend you trying to find a flower shop directly in the town where you want the flowers delivered, you'll save money and will avoid being cheated by iFlorist.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

That will teach me for not reveiwing a company before I use it

I have never ordered flowers to be delivered outside of the UK before and chose iFlorist as their prices seemed fair and they offered international delivery using local florists.

I placed my order and asked for it to be delivered the next day. I am in the UK and wanted the flowers delivered to a dear friend in the USA.

I double checked her address and checked it on Google Maps etc

Placed the order on iFlorist no problem, website was very easy to use. Never heard anything from my friend the next day so tried to track the order online but no information available.
I used their on line chat service and was told that I had supplied an incorrect Zip Code, so why was no contact made to me?

I gave them the full address and Zip Code again and they said the prolem had been retified and they would try delivery again yesterday....no flowers again

Went back to online chat again this morning and was again told that I has supplied an invalid address.

I ordered flowers my Mum who lives some 200 miles away flowers from iflorist.co.uk to arrive for mothers day as I was unable to visit her. I had been let down by Interflora but they had given me plenty notice & had not taken any funds from my account.

I was taken in by their 100% satisfaction guarantee, so placed my order on the 16th to have flowers delivered on the Sunday.

I called my Mother on the Sunday morning to wish her a Happy Mothers day & make sure she's received her card & told my Dad there should be flowers on the way in case they were popping out. Six o'clock Sunday evening arrived & my Dad rang to day no flowers had been received.

I thought perhaps they'd been very busy with it being Mothers day & some kind of contact would be made on Monday with an explanation & delivery of the flowers that day. I was wrong though & so I sent them an e-mail to find out why. This was pointless as all I received was a generated message to say they were experiencing a high volume of inquiries. AVOID. I ordered mothers Day flowers to be delivered Friday 16th March, still no flowers! 1 upset Mum (she lives in Ireland so can't just pop in with a pressie for her). I have tried everything possible to get in touch with these cowboys & finally tracked down a phone number. Spoke to them & they couldn't tell me anything (due to data protection?!!) until they had spoken to the florist in Ireland & would phone me back, 2 hours later I phoned back & after a good deal of flannel & being cut off once secured a refund which will take up 5 days to hit my account. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!

The service from iflorist is non-existent. They have ruined Mother's Day!

My mum is left disabled from a stroke, I live in the South East of England and she lives in Aberdeen, Scotland. I don't get to see her much and because of that and her fragile health I really wanted to make Mother's Day special so I decided to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

I paid £8 on top of the flowers and chocolates for GUARANTEED delivery on Mother's Day. I received an email saying the order has been allocated and will be delivered today on the 18th March 2012. It has never arrived which I'm very frustrated and upset about.

I have contacted them via their online support ticket service; [email protected], [email protected] and have received no response, nothing, nada and their live support is showing as unavailable.

They claim to have an online tracking system but this is not updated and if you read the small print regarding this system it says just that, it is not a live system and requires updating manually. So I'm confused as to how they planned to manually update this 'tracking system' when they seem to have no staff on... (Read the full review)

I received flowers for Mother's Day on Friday 16th March. The roses already looked frayed at the edges and by Saturday most of them were drooping. They are from my three children, two are at university and my son works for very little money at present. My daughter wanted to choose the flowers specially and give me a treat by receiving flowers in the post. She won't get to see them but the son who lives at home is disappointed. I would certainly not recommend this company and am suspicious of a company who don't care enough about customer satisfaction to have a number and be willing to recompense customers.I was hoping to contact them and receive another bunch at least but from other customer reviews, I will be lucky.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
