Appalling !!! Never arrived

Money taken from VISA immediately, but flowers never arrived. Many calls to their contact number from Australia only went to an automated redirection "choose 1 for customer service; choose 2 for sales etc" only for the phone to ring a few times then drop out completely. The email service has proved similarly useless. No response - and the flowers were due for delivery on 27 Dec it's now 8 Jan and still nothing.
Have no idea how to get a refund.

I recommend SerentaFlowers or Bunches over this mob any day. They must be a scam business - absolute no heart or soul!!

Review insists on star ratings for all elements - hard to do so as haven't seen anything yet! A one-star is overly generous

Flowers were never delivered. Customer service have ignored all attempts to contact them. The so-called "live chat" support just redirects you to e-mail. The phone number just gives a recorded message. I wish I'd read the reviews here before using them.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Didn't receive paid-for vase and size of bunch was pathetic!

I ordered and paid for a Medium sized bouquet and received a Small. I also ordered a vase at £4.50 with the flowers and received a small box of chocolates!
Do not order flowers for your partner from this website, you will return home from work embarrassed, and out of pocket!
The 1 star was for the quality of the few flowers we received which was good.
I tried to contact them at [email protected] and have had absolutely no response.
Never again!

I ordered flower for my best friend marriage and it was very important for me to be delivered on time, 4 day past from my order and after sending several emails to support today I found out they didn't delivered it and they didn't reply any of my emails until today, the company is terrible, customer service is even worst, now I don't even know if they are going to deliver my item or not.
AVOID this company.

We ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. 4 days later my friends founds them by the bins!! what a waste of money!! Please Please don't use Iflorist! Service is so disappointing and we feel very disappointed!!

Flowers from my Goddaughter arrived late and dying. They were all dead by morning. I e-mailed the company and they asked me for a photo which I duly sent. Then they asked for the reference number which I again sent. After 2 days I got a response to say because these were not sent together and within 24 hours of delivery they would not process my complaint! My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

My birthday bouquet of roses and chocolates were left in our garden yesterday, the hottest day of the year, also the delivery box had clearly been damaged in transit. On opening it, I discovered tired looking flowers, but worse still, 3 roses had been decapitated. On opening the box of chocolates this morning I found they had melted into each other.

I contacted this company, eventually managing to bypass their email system, and spoke to a Customer Care operative but this was not helpful - although apologetic, he kept insisting on emailed photos, and I do not currently have the facility to download photographs. A promised return call from a manager did not happen.

My husband and I are continuing to vigorously pursue this issue, as my son bought my gift in good faith.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

This is the first time I have used iFlorist and it was a total disaster. I clicked on the date advertised by the site to deliver the flowers by, selected 12 large roses to be delivered and the occassion was my marriage anniversary. The flowers had not reached even 2 days after the anniversary day, upon which I sent a mail. No reply. Sent another mail the next day and then a van appears at delivery address, the driver quickly drops the flowers at the door and runs. Luckily my wife saw the driver and collected the flowers from the doorstep, flowers were dead and totally out of specification. iFlorist then came back to me saying "They had delivered". When I confronted them, they said they were "sorry" and because they had actually delivered the flowers, they would not refund, instead offered me a £5 voucher. As if I am going to use their service again!

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

If you want your flowers to arrive really late and dead and get little or no response to your e-mails this is the company to use. Ordered flowers for my mother in Spain the delivery dates available on the website were 8th, 9th, 10th May, so I chose the 8th. After confirming order and payment I received an e-mail saying they would be delivered on the 9th. I then got an e-mail saying that the bouquet I had ordered was not available and they would send 40 roses instead. On the 10th May at 4.20 p.m. I got an e-mail saying that the address was incorrect to which I replied instantly that it was correct and when would the flowers now be delivered. I had no reply to this e-mail. Sent another e-mail the next day, still no reply. Sent another e-mail the day after and after complaining bitterly eventually got a reply saying that it would be looked into the next day. Finally on Tues 14th May the flowers were delivered but when my mother unwrapped them all the petals fell off, they were dead and consequently went straight into the bin. I ordered flowers for my mum and arranged for them to be delivered on Mother's day.
However, iflorist had a different idea.
First of all, they delivered my flowers on the SATURDAY (not Mother's day) so it wrecked the whole surprise/Mother's day feel. I had also paid extra for them to be delivered specifically on the Sunday.

Secondly, (and most importantly) it was the WRONG BLOODY BUNCH. The flowers didn't resemble the ones I had ordered even in the slightest! They looked cheap, badly put together and just ugly. They were small and pink with loads of greenery/grass stuff. While the ones I had ordered were a large bunch of beautiful bright orange gerberas and burnt orange lilies. I had paid £40 for the flowers including delivery. The ones that arrived looked barely worth £20.

Anyway, not only were these flowers the WRONG flowers, they were also badly damaged and wilted. They looked like they were ready for the bin. In fact, that's where they went. Even my mother noticed, although she didn't like to admit it as she didn't want to offend me. So when I showed her the ones I had ordered for her she was so disappointed.
