The flowers I ordered never got delivered. Now I am desperately trying to get my money back. So disappointed.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I don't know where to start about how awful the company and their customer service is. I never write reviews so it must be bad!

Ordered flowers on 27th March for next day delivery to my mum's work for Mother's Day. On the 28th no flowers arrived. They were delivered on the 31st March-after Mother's Day and dead! Called the customer service line at various times throughout the day and was constantly on hold-expensive as it's an 0844 number. Finally get through on the 1st April about 3 minutes before the company closed, the lady on the phone seemed to be very helpful-until the time hit 5.00pm at which point she put me on hold and then hung up. I called back immediately and got an automated message saying they were now closed and it leave a message, message left asking someone to call me back. I am still waiting. Have sent 8 emails since then asking for a full refund, to which I get the same reply. Please send a photo, which I don't have. Who takes photos of dead flowers to show to the world? Although if my mum have taken a photo at least then I could save... (Read the full review)

What a disaster - iFlorist... I ordered flowers on April 30th and till today they have not been delivered. Left several on line queries - no one ever answers. Same for the phone - they will either not answer the phone or simply drop your call. No one is able to provide any update or status on your order - loads of promises but zero follow up. DON'T EVER USE IFLORIST - CRAPPIEST SERVICE EVER AND RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

JUST DON'T USE THIS SERVICE - ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND YOUR MONEY

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

We ordered some flowers for my mother in law which were never delivered! To this day, we are still waiting for a refund.. We have chasing them and chasing them without any results. They are denying it. Do not buy from them!

Ordered flowers to be delivered a friend in Australia. There was an issue with it being Anzac Day as they were going to a business address, iflorist contacted me and asked for a home address so they could deliver them on Saturday 26th April- so far so good re customer service but it was all downhill from there.

Flowers weren't delivered on Saturday and when I contacted them on the Monday I was told that a "technical issue" had delayed delivery. I was frustrated but accepted these things could happen and was told that they'd be delivered on Tuesday...but they weren't. I had to continually chase iflorist for updates, after that first contact there was no proactive contact from them.

The flowers were eventually delivered on 1 May - very disappointing and such poor service.

I asked on Wednesday 30 April for my complaint to be escalated within customer service and as of 2 May it still hasn't been. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee statement on their website - doesn't seem accurate to me. I have stated I'd like a partial refund on the flowers given a) the late delivery and b) the fact I had to chase repeatedly.... (Read the full review)

Never again will I use Iflorist.

Ordered Mothers day flowers and vase for my husbands mother but she did not receive any.
Company unresponsive to emails and no action taken after making phone call to request a refund due to non-delivery. Was promised a response (from Sian), but sometime on still no action has been taken. No one has emailed or phoned to say what has been done about it.

Do not buy anything from Iflorist!

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Bad service. Week late delivery. Poor quality flowers. Terrible communication. They do not care. There are plenty of other companies out there - use them.

I ordered a medium sized white bouquet for my friend's birthday in LA and she received a small multi colour bouquet.

Do NOT use Iflorist.

I ordered a gift to be delivered on the 28th march and as yet I have had no confirmation regarding the delivery.

I have emailed the company numerous times and I have had NO feedback regarding my purchase
Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.

Will not be using again and wish I had read the negative reviews first too many !

This bunch of charlatans thought it would be ok to send my mother some tulips when I had paid for rather more expensive Freesias!! So the consumer (ME) did not get what he ordered and at NO point did anyone get in touch either by email or phone to let me know of this drastic change. The only plus point was that they arrived other than that it was a most disappointing transaction. I complained via email as they never answer their phones and they create a line of enquiry to make it look like they are dealing with your request and after sending one more email I have heard nothing. I will be reporting this to trading standards and any other organisation that I can inform in order to help all other members of the public.
