Awful!!

Received a bunch of roses for mother's day from my son. They arrived in very poor condition, and now, less than a week from Mother's day, they are all dead. The good point? - they arrived, unlike many other people's!!

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Ever been ripped off

I have fallen foul of this company called iflorist, I like a lot of people bought and paid for very poor quality flowers, in my case I ordered a bottle of bubbly with my flowers, money taken from my account £50.70p
No bottle of bubbly, only a miserable bunch of poor quality flowers arrived for my daughters special birthday.

Tried all the usual routes to get in contact, but no luck until I found them on Facebook, I finally got through to complain where I was told an automatic resend went out, still no bubbly and still a very small poor quality of flowers arrived.

I have reported them via Citizens Advice to Trading Standards. They have managed to delete my comments on Facebook.

Watchdog has also been informed. There are a lot of very upset people out there after having their special days ruined by these people.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

NEVER order from iFlorist - they're scam artists!

On March 29, 2014, I paid iFlorist to deliver a bouquet of flowers with a glass vase, a card (which was to be handwritten in) and a box of chocolates, which were to be sent to my partner's mother for Mother's Day.

After Mother's Day weekend, the flowers did not arrive, and after several attempts at contacting iFlorist, they finally replied saying that they would try to get my order out and that they would offer me a £5 voucher for my next purchase - no refund (even though there were no flowers!)

Finally, on Wednesday, April 2, the flowers were delivered - and were old. No vase. No card. No chocolates.

I've opened a dispute on Pay Pal and am trying to reclaim my money back.

What good are flowers for Mother's Day if they're delivered 3-4 days late? Not to mention, 3/4 promised items weren't even included!

I only read their online reviews after the payment was made, but there are hundreds of horrible reviews accessible online from a multitude of websites.

After I added to the many poor reviews this company has reviewed, I went back to some of the sites later and discovered that many had been deleted!

It is also my believe... (Read the full review)

Avoid disappointment, do not order from I florist

My daughter, a university student on a very tight budget, ordered some flowers to arrive for her sisters birthday. The flowers arrived in an impressively sized cardboard box. Less than impressive were the contents. Indeed an envelope would have accommodated the tiny bunch of flowers delivered. £15 with free delivery was the cost. £5 spent on flowers in Sainsburys would have been money better spent. My daughter complained by phone and was asked to email a photo of the flowers, which she did. They decided the photo matched the one on their website and that really was that. No more orders coming to Iflorist.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

We ordered flowers for mothers day, when they arrived the box was crushed, the flowers inside were dead and those that werent had the heads falling off. We were also meant to have a box of chocolates delivered but they never arrived. Tried to contact iflorist for support and they wouldnt even respond, had to raise a claim with paypal but that still doesnt cover the fact that the gift was ruined.

Tottally avoid these worthless cowboys.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers to be delivers two days earlier to make sure they were there. Four days later no flowers. Doesn't matter about quality of product they don't deliver on time. If the person you want flowers for is special...go elsewhere

Do not use!!!

Paid for a flower delivery on the 21st march for delivery on the 28th march, thinking this would be ample time for the order to run smoothly. These were a suprise for my mum so I told her to wait in . At 3.3opm they had not arrived so rang customer services who said yes they would be delivered and sent me an email with tracking info. When I checked the info it had been sent by My Hermes and not Royal mail 1st class as stated in their terms and conditions. My hermes said that it was still not received at the main hub, so I rang customer services back and was told yes they are being delivered on the 28th when I told him this was not showing on the tracking info he then said no it would not be delivered but hopefully would be delivered either today the 29th or sunday the 30th, I know from using My hermes myself that they do not offer a sunday delivery and saturday delivery is extra. I have had to put a dispute with paypal as this is the only way of sorting it as the iflorist online live chat is... (Read the full review)

Sadly disappointed

I ordered flowers to be delivered in another country, the ordering and variety is good, however the flowers never turned up and according to tracking they've still only been allocated. To what exactly I have no idea as the FAQs do not clarify what this even means. I paid a considerable sum for them, and quite a bit for delivery so pretty disappointed that they never made it to their destination, despite the fact that it's not even mother's day in that country, so it's hardly like there's a back-log there. I've e-mailed, tried calling and even resorted to Twitter to see if someone can let me know what's happened and why my mum has still seen no sight of the 'beautiful' bouquet she was supposed to get as a surprise (which is sadly ruined as I had to let her know). I've heard nothing. I'd like to think it's a one off but exactly a year ago I ordered through them and they mis-delivered then too...I guess it's my own fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordering through them a second time. I've learnt my lesson. Never again.

Non existent delivery
27 March 2014
Reviewer: Sallylou from West Midlands

Placed an order for delivery Internationally. Received an email in good time to request a contact number for the recipient (which I had already provided). Replied and thought job was done but didn't receive confirmation things were now okay so sent further emails that went non replied to. I called them the day before the delivery was due and they informed me that unfortunately the International team had not been picking up their emails. An apology was given and I was promised they would be delivered although a day late. That day arrived and no delivery. Called up today (now two days late) and asked for a refund. Customer service did answer and were polite to me but based on the facebook and other review sites they have a job on their hands. Do not use them is my advice.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
