Absolutely shocked and disgusted!

I purchased a trug of country cottage flowers on iflorist and arranged the delivery to be on Mother's Day. Firstly, the flowers were not delivered till the following day and no apology was made for this by the courier. Secondly, the flowers which arrived were not the ones I had ordered and were just a normal bouquet that I could have purchased from a garage. Thirdly, they contained lilies which I had stated on my order form my mum is allergic to.

I phoned the customer service number on the Monday at lunch time and raised my issues with member of staff and was informed order escalation would contact me regarding these. The next evening I still had not received any information or the phone call I was promised therefore I phoned back. The member of staff I spoke with was polite, helpful and apologetic. He informed me the flowers would be picked up the following day and a full refund would be provided. The following day my mum stayed home waiting but no-one arrived to collect the flowers. I phoned back again and the first member of staff I spoke with told me that I must be mistaken as there was no record of me being a customer and my order number corresponded with another customers details. He made me feel like an idiot and argued with me very rudely and raising his voice in occasion getting frustrated with me as I kept repeating the same incorrect order number and email address. At this point I was beginning to get annoyed with the rude man so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor.I then to explain the situation all over again as this could not orally have been passed on for some reason. The supervisor I spoke with asked me to forward my emails and a photograph of the flowers on him and he would investigate my case. I explained I could not forward a photograph as I did not live with my mum and she did not have any way to email a photo but I could forward on my emails which I did. He took my telephone number and assured me he would be in contact within 24 hours. This was on Wednesday evening and I am still waiting.

I have now spend almost £15 on the phone to a company who robbed me of £39.80 for flowers which my mum could not even open. I am completely shocked and disgusted at how I was treated by this company. They ruined my mums Mother's Day and mine. I urge customers to read this review before they part with their hard earned money!

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
