Mothers day

My son and daughter in law ordered me flowers for mothers day arrived today at lunchtime by this evening all the roses have collapsed and petals dropping off. I put them in water with the flower feed as soon as they arrived. The flowers were an absolutely waste of money from someone who is living on a tight budget. I can't tell them or complain because it will cause offence but I will make sure they or any of my friends do not use IFlorists again. Helen Rott, Swansea
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I've ordered roses and they promise free chocolate for Valentine's Day.
Valentine's Day, time is 20:08, no flowers.... You can't complain... no phone number, nobody in the chat room.
20:30 some bunch of flowers arrived... tulips, no roses as I've payed, no chocolate.
How can you wish to someone "Happy Valentine's Day!" in this conditions?
They are idiots!

I ordered a dozen red roses and a box of chocolates for delivery on Valentines Day. My partner received ELEVEN, near dead roses and no chocolates.
I contacted the company via email - there was no telephone option and the 'live chat' facility was not live. I have sent 3 emails so far, all without a response.
I tried to detail a review on TrustPilot though I am advised that I need a valid order ID to enter a review. I tried to enter the ID that is detailed on my order confirmation only to be advised that it is 'invalid'. It seems that iFlorist is in cahoots with this reveiw site - it is not long ago that the business was 'smelling of roses' on it's review (http://www.bitterwallet.com/iflorist-comes-up-smelling-of-roses-on-review-site/27464).
The website does not offer any telephone support or customer care. iFlorist is not interested in customers, so I suggest that customers should not be interested in iFlorist.
A VERY disgruntled customer.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

If you are thinking of using iFlorist please read this and be warned.
My mother passed away just before Christmas 2011 and the funeral was arranged for 4th Jan. I decided to order the Luxury wreath as the picture on the website looked beautiful.
However as the ordering process completed I realised that at no time was I asked for a time for the funeral, something I know is important for florists for obvious reasons. Mum's funeral was in the morning so I was anxious to make sure this information was passed on as the funeral was four days later. However, it was only then I discovered that there is no telephone service available for iFlorist, something they say is due to them being an 'online company'. So, I tried the Live Chat which wasn't working and also sent some emails. There was no response from them at all in reply to my original query and I left home for the funeral (which was 200 miles away ) the day before totally uncertain as to whether the flowers would be delivered.
You can imagine my distress at the thought of my Mum's funeral tribute not arriving in time. So, I decided to order... (Read the full review)

I paid $85 for a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my friend in the UK on the 1st of December. The flowers had still not been delivered by the 3rd, so I contacted customer support. I received a reply the following day explaining that they had accidentally lost my order and would arrange for the flowers to be delivered as soon as possible.
I waited another three days but the flowers had still not been delivered and I was starting to get sick of constantly asking my friend if she had received them yet (something I had intended to be a surprise). I contacted customer support once again on December 7 and politely asked them for a refund. They stated that they would not provide a refund because the florist had already attempted to make the delivery.
They claimed that no one was home at the time of the delivery, so the florist left a calling card and my friend would have to contact them directly to re-order the flowers herself. Apart from finding the idea of my friend ordering her own flowers to be distasteful, I also found it quite suspicious as there was no reason the flowers... (Read the full review)
