Criminals and liars

Do not use this company. I know from personal experience that the so called "directors" wife is on criminal record for throwing dog sh*t on someone and his son is also on police record for assault the name the family have given themselves where they live is terrible and the lies they come out with are beyond belief I will vote this cold and hope the post gets expired or removed Horrible Horrible people that do not deserve the publicity they attract.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Avoid iflorist!

I ordered flowers for a friend in the US. When I didn't hear from him I checked the order online - which said "allocated." After a few exchanges the company admitted the flowers hadn't been delivered. The flowers did eventually arrive but were poor quality and 15 days late. Iflorist offered first £5 and then £10 off my next order - which I have refused. They are now ignoring my request to speak to a manager and say that 10 quid is the best they can offer (a lie as is evident from other responses on other sites).

Finally, it's two years old but I wish I had seen this before ordering;

In sum, use interflora or a local florist but avoid iflorist like the plague!

I sent some flowers from the UK to NZ for sister's birthday, which was the day before she was due to go into hospital. Although they quick enough to confirm my money had been taken, their so called 'tracking service' via their web site just didn't work.

After several emails to i-florist I finally got a reply email to say the flowers were being delivered on the date requested but that this was in UK time (which was a day later than requested in NZ due to the time difference).

After several emails and several 'live chats' with customer services online, asking if and when the flowers had been delivered, where various people promised to get back to me, no one ever bothered to contact me.

I finally rang their so called customer service number in the UK to ask when and if the flowers had been delivered. I was told due to the time difference it would take 24 hours to get back to me. A truly terrible company- stay away

I must say in strongest possible words that the service from iflorist company was totally unprofessional. Put simply, the flowers I ordered for my daughter to be delivered in Paris did not arrive, for the reason the Live Chat rep did not know except for the vague explanations that it was a courier, whom they could not contact, who was at fault. Result? After two days of Live-Chatting and calling they said they cannot deliver the flowers and I was to cancel the order. My daughter, naturally, was left without flowers. No big dal,you would say? Perhaps. But why bother with the business delivering flowers, then, if not to make someone's day special?

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a hotel in Paris three days prior to the date. I notified the hotel and they were ready to receive the flowers. On the day of delivery the hotel staff alerted me that it was 6pm in Paris and no flowers have arrived. I received no e-mail from iflorists alerting me to any problems. I ordered flowers for a friend's engagement living in Germany (from the UK). I placed the order and got a confirmation. Then, after a week of no "Thank You For the Flowers" from my friend, I got in touch and it turned out they were never delivered. When I emailed iFlorist, they said that they couldn't find the address. There's nothing wrong with the address and they never tried to get in touch with me to verify anything. Then, they REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. So basically, they lied about their services, didn't actually do anything, then kept my money. Kinda sounds like THEFT to me.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Delivered Late - Months Waiting for Response - No Explanatio

Having returned home from Paris in July after visiting a friend, I ordered flowers to her office to say thank you. They were to be delivered on a Thursday, but didn't until the following Monday.
I sent emails on 2 occasions to ask for an explanation, and received nothing until last Thursday - 10 weeks after the order was placed and paid for.
On Thursday I had an email to confirm that an issue had been logged! Today Monday I received an email with a £5 voucher towards my next order. Which won't be happening.
I have refused their insincere apology which they blamed on "technical difficulties"

I did not see any of the reviews about this website before ordering from them. I know, that's never a good idea, but I was so excited to find an affordable delivery service that I jumped at the opportunity. I ordered a bouquet for my significant other, who lives in the UK. I live in the US.

I didn't think to read the reviews until this morning, the morning of the delivery. Naturally, seeing all the negative reviews got me super-worried, thinking that all of my money (literally all of my money - $42 in my bank account and the flowers came out about $38) had been funding an unreliable service. It confused me to think that such a service could still be running when so many people had negative opinions of it.

However, I received news this afternoon that not only did the flowers arrive, but they arrived in PERFECT condition. He had no complaints whatsoever, and everything about them was wonderful. He showed me pictures and they look exactly the way I ordered them. I couldn't be happier.

We ordered flowers as a birthday gift they did not arrive until 4 days after the scheduled date and there was no way of contacting or speaking to someone to get it resolved.

The flowers were also very different to what we choose.

Absolutely rubbish.

No delivery, no way to get a response from the company

I ordered flowers for delivery to my parents at a hotel in Paris, France. I paid for delivery on a certain date, and the flowers did not arrive. I contacted the company and even though it was 7pm at night, the customer service person told me that the flowers would be delivered that night. They were not.

The next day, the tracking showed that my order was being delivered. However, the hotel and my parents never received my flowers.

I finally reported this as fraud to my credit card company as iFlorist would not refund my money.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I was just about to order flowers to be sent to the USA to a funeral home. After reading all reviews and checking different review websites, I am not placing an order with iflorist and never will. Thank you to all who took time to leave the reviews and this way warning others!
