Never, never, never use this company
24 March 2014
Reviewer: Lizzy from UK

Ordered a plant for my daughter to be delivered on March 22nd, as it was a Saturday I paid extra costs for delivery. Stayed in all day and absolutely nothing arrived, or even a phone call to explain why.

Tried contacting customer services, they didn't want to know.

Spoke to support at PayPal who I used to make payment, they are now dealing with my claim for refund etc.

Also contacted Nectar Shops support department as they are listed to enable you to collect nectar points. They advised me that due to many many complaints of this company they are now removing them from their list as it is giving Nectar a bad reputation.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

I purchased roses for my wife on valentines day. I paid for 24 stems but only 12 were delivered.
I have now emailed iflorest three times to obtain refund for the difference but have not received a single reply.

Really disappointed with them.

Never again!!!

Zero for Customer service
10 March 2014
Reviewer: Juddy262 from Nottinghamshire UK

On the 28th of December via e-mail We contacted Iflorist about non delivery of a Christmas order.
The automatic reply said that we would get a response early in the new year. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service by telephone we still have not had a reply and its the 10th of March!

All phone calls to customer service and e-mails have gone unanswered.

However every day my email inbox receives at least one sales offer.

How come I florist can send me emails to my pc and to my phone each day but cant answer a simple, clear and politely phrased complaint?

I can only assume that I florist is only interested in selling, but they won't get any more business
from us. You have had your chance. We have been more than fair.

Recently we have used two competitors with excellent results

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

AVOID! - took money, no refund given!
26 February 2014
Reviewer: Bouba123 from London

I placed an order on Wednesday 12th February, to send some Valentine's flowers to my partner. I called iFlorist TWICE to make sure they deliver to Morocco (it's not advertised on their website). Both customer service advisors said to choose any flowers from the Spanish range and that they do indeed deliver flowers to Morocco. I placed my order, they took my money and that was that.

Come Friday, I called iFlorist to ask why my flowers hadn't been delivered yet (it was now 5pm). They said that they were unable to send the flowers in Morocco. They didn't have the decency to email or call me to say that the order had been cancelled. I was livid. I demanded a refund and got an email within minutes saying that they'd issue one for £40.04 (I paid £40.90). Two weeks and three emails and two phonecalls later, I have not received my refund nor a response to my emails asking for the remaining 86p that is owed to me (as it stands, I'm still owed £40.90).

Terrible/non-existant customer service, no professionalism and an unreliable service.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Carcophany of disappointment
16 February 2014
Reviewer: Tonka from London UK

A fair and balanced review.... Sub standard flowers, out dated literature, ordered for Valentines day, paid for Valentines day delivery, came a day early, then the card chosen was nothing like the one which arrived, a total disappointment. Spoke to thier customer services guy 'Jack' who was as much use as a chocolate radiator.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Terrible company
28 January 2014
Reviewer: Googse from UK

Ordered flowers for delivery the next week, but needed to urgently change the order. Despite many attempts to contact them by phone and by email, messages were never responded to. When the flowers were delivered they were left outside in appalling weather and with no note and were only found hours later when I rang the recipient to check as the order tracker said they had been delivered. Despite a clear description of what was in the order there no no roses. Instead these had been replaced by much cheaper carnations.Reading some of the other reviews we got off lightly as at least my flowers were delivered. After an internet search I discovered three of the company directors appointed in December 2013 are also directors of a flower delivery company in America that has some of the worst reviews I've ever read. Overall I am very disappointed and will never use again.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Beware of terms & conditions
08 January 2014

***BEWARE - READ TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASE***

My husband ordered a bouquet for me on 1st January to arrive on our anniversary the 4th January. We waited in but no flowers arrived. I called customer services on the 6th January to be told they were being delivered that day. Apparently if you say you would like free delivery you are agreeing to the companies terms and conditions that specify free delivery can take up to 48hrs, and only if you pay £1.90 delivery fee will the flowers will be delivered the day required. My husband also received an email on 5th January to say that the flowers would be delivered the 4th January.

I today again rang customer services and spoke to Rachael who again advised only when £1.90 is paid are your flowers delivered on the day required and free delivery of flowers means that delivery can take up to 48hrs. I advised Rachael that if it were made clear my husband would definitely had paid the £1.90 for delivery and had the bouquet delivered on the day required. It was my anniversary on Saturday and not Monday when the flowers were received. This has also cost my husband... (Read the full review)
