SEARCH TWITTER AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY LET DOWN EVERY DAY!
They did not deliver the £50 bunch of flowers I ordered for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day, they didn't text, call, or email to let me know there was a problem so I found out they hadn't been delivered when my girlfriend asked why I hadn't got her anything for Valentines!
I do understand that these things happen from time to time, however you should always judge a company on how they deal with a problem. These guys were absolutely useless! There is no telephone number of their website and they didn't reply to my email so I ended up finding a phone number by searching Google for their registered company address. I finally spoke to an insincere manager who made it quite clear he didn't care and only offered a refund or another attempt at delivery.
Of course they took the cash out of my account immediately, but I now have to wait a week for my refund.
USE SOMEONE ELSE!!
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
