I ordered some flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. They did not turn up, no one called me to inform me of this. They just sent an email rearranging the delivery to an unsuitable day without consulting with me! I have canceled the delivery now and gone with a more reliable florist (which has turned out cheaper!). I'd recommend eflorist to anyone who really doesn't care if and when your flowers turn up.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

Typical man, sorry men, left it a bit late for flowers for the most important woman in my life.

Trolled the net looking for someone who could possibly get flowers to her on the day.

I found eForist, order before 3pm delivery same day.
So I got in and picked a very nice looking arrangement with a vase. They took my money quickly and I received my confirmation within minutes, (14:09).
Saved...

My wife got home 16:30, no flowers, we were due out to dinner at 18:30, you guessed, no flowers. When we got back, could there be something on the doorstep? No.

OK so maybe first thing Friday, could still work.... No.
It's now 13:00 and nothing has arrived, no email, no call nothing.
I tried phoning, it took 12 minutes to get to speak to a person. She sounded very nice and was very helpful.

She asked if I'd had an email, no. Oh very sorry we could not deliver to some people yesterday.

Well where is my order now? It had not been done. WHAT?
Long story short. I hope I'm getting my money back.
I will never use them again. Interflora or nothing.

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.

I deliberately chose the bouquet 'Egyptian Sun' after hours of searching, because it contained no pink flowers, and the apricot shades suited the recipients decor. I paid £20 extra for the largest size

They delivered a totally unrelated and smaller bouquet, which was mainly pink. This is totally in breach of their own T&Cs

I've had 3 attempts to contact them and they are ignoring me.

I've had to put the payment in dispute with the credit card company.

Use them at your peril

I ordered some specific roses and other flowers for my wedding at the end of December. The order was placed 7 days beforehand. The delivery was for stems and greenery only so my mother-in-law could then arrange them. The delivery was supposed to be there by 12pm on the day and otherwise I was going to get a phonecall. After being forced to chase up a number of times by telephone, the flowers finally arrived in the evening leaving not much time to arrange them. On top of that they were already arranged together which was a total disregard of the specific instructions given and cost us loads of time to take apart before we could start. The roses that actually arrived were not only not fresh (brown edges on the petals, evidently bought before xmas) they were cheap plain pink roses rather than the particular "Esperance" variety ordered and paid for at about twice the price. The person I spoke to to complain simply put it down to inexperienced holiday staff and their limited options at the time of year which I find somewhat lame. It's December 24th I woke up this morning knowing I had one more thing on my 'to buy' list . I chanced it and found the best looking online same day delivery service, made my order around 11:45am and have just got my flowers off a very nice polite delivery man at 3:30pm. To be honest it doesn't look like the picture at all but I'm guessing when the title says 'christmas' you should think of it more as that's going to be the theme you will get rather than the actual picture. But saying that, what they have made me looks miles better than what I originally thought I ordered. Really fresh healthy flowers as well, the attention to detail on the Xmas theming, I'm not a flower expert but u can just tell its expertly done. It's going to be a great gift.

Over all I'm more than happy enough to rate it 5 stars. Xmas eve as well! . Thank you very much

I searched on Trust Pilot for reviews of this company & was so impressed thought I would give them a try as my mum had lost her dog on the Saturday & I wanted her to know I was thinking about her.

I loved their website, very explicit on the flower details of each bouquet & thought their prices reasonable for the quality of what they offered. There was lots of originality in their bouquets which i hadn't found on other sites & chose the 'Rich Embers' regular bouquet for my mum which cost £29.95 & I ordered them for next day delivery even though it was on a Sunday at 8.30pm that I ordered them.

My mum received her flowers just after dinnertime on the Monday & filled 3 vases with them. She said they were absolutely beautiful, the colours & variety of different flowers enhanced by green feathery ferns arrived in an aqua-pack with matching coloured cellophane & a large ribbon around them.

I would highly recommend eflorist for their choice, price, quality, communication, ease of use & most importantly their beautiful flowers.

Thank you for making my mum smile again, I will definately buy all my flowers from here again.

They did not deliver on time, even though I placed the order 4 days before they were needed, still waiting for them now 6 days from order date. This was for my Daughter and wanted it to be special for her. WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

I spent a long time choosing the perfect arrangement for a special birthday. I chose lilac and cream roses, lisianthus and other delicate flowers wrapped in lilac tissue. What was sent was a bunch of shocking pink lilies and dark purple flowers clumsily wrapped in Barbie Pink paper. Forget the website photos as they may substitute all the flowers and disregard colour choice. It would be cheaper and easier to phone a local florist and ask what they have in stock and send that. On the plus side, they arrived on time!

My wife just recieved the birthday flower arrangement from eflorist and while she loves it, it is not in the slightest, the arrangement I thought I ordered online. The flowers are completely different, I looked at a blue-purple arrangement and she recieved a pink one. I would have hoped there would have been some similarities but unfortunately there weren't which was very dissapointing. I read the disclaimer that states they can substitute flowers, but all of the flowers? What's the point in choosing an arrangement online. I could have just phoned a florist and said 'surprise me'. On top of that the arrangement is not one that I feel I would have paid the same price for as the one I saw online. Quality for money is poor. Although the arrangment is nice, I feel cheated and will not be ordering from them again.
