Ordered 24 roses and 2 mini bears. Flowers were poor quality on delivery and only 1 bear received. Contacted the company to request the second bear and they said they were unable to send it so could only offer a refund. Totally illogical as I could go online and order one, so nothing stopping them sending it out.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers and a card for an extremely sensitive family anniversary (bereavement) and was given the option of a date for delivery. I chose the required date however the flowers did not turn up, despite having family members wait in all day as tracking stated the delivery was due by 9pm on the specified date. I was then advised the following day that delivery would not be attempted for another 2 days due to the weekend, making the delivery 4 days late. I contacted customer service who could not have cared less, did not acknowledge my statements regarding the bereavement, and told me I should have paid extra if the exact date was so important. Had I not been given the option for a specific delivery date, I would have paid extra, however given that I was provided the option of a specific delivery date without paying extra, there was no reason for me to have paid extra. Their policy does not make sense and given the customer service could not even provide the slightest ounce of empathy, I will never be using this company again, and will shout from the rooftops about how disgusting their service is!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I organised some flowers with vase, Chocs and teddy for my daughter in law who had just come out of hospital after having an operation. On delivery the vase was smashed. My son and daughter-in-law have only recently moved in together so did not have a vase hence my ordering the flowers with one. Unfortunately my son had to go out and buy one.
I contacted the store to explain that it was broken and was asked to provide photos which I did. (All done on the same day). I was then offered a replacement vase or a refund. After I had explained that one had to be bought I was then informed that as the item was with the flowers a refund wasn’t possible and they could only replace despite their original offer to me. I have again contacted them to ask for a full refund on the whole order as I’m so disappointed with the whole experience to which they have just come back and said they can replace the vase! He required to pay extra just to get the flowers before 8 o’clock on the day of your occasion.

Absolutely zero customer service when you require they simply don’t give a damn

Please avoid this company to avoid disappointment. It is simply a website that triage orders To florist and I suspect those florist just fit the orders in between their days schedule

Ordered Mothers day Flowers well in advance for the day.
Had a Tracker for them and Courier - showing left them but with courier. When courier chased, they hadn't recieved. No flowers
Got a email on the day - saying courier issues may impact delivery.
Following day got another email from them saying the flowers had left them and where with Courier.

They obviously had no intention of sending on Mothers day. But did say I could buy more flowers from them with a voucher.

When challanged, they've stated their Terms and Conditions allow for late delivery.

Don't use them if you actual expect flowers on a specific date.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Sadly, I was disappointed from the moment I opened the box. Yes, there were 5 stems as promised but 5 very small ones and just enough to fill a small glass. The flowers then went from bad to worse, with the roses not even opening. I followed all the care instructions yet these proved to be a great disappointment. When I contacted customer services a week after they were received I was politely told that my complaint was not within the 5 day time scale, despite supplying photos within that time. What a huge waste of money and disappointment.

When you search for a local florist Serenata will likely come top on Google but don't be fooled, they're an online business based in Malta. They courier flowers out from distributors across Europe.

I ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary and they arrived damaged and in very poor general condition having spent all day in the back of a van. Florist vans are usually air conditioned, courier vans are not! The courier even pulled the box out of the van and tossed it in the air before handing it to me!
To add insult to injury, when your flowers dispatch you get an email telling you that they are being "chauffeured" - I'm not daft and didn't expect this but the manner in which they are actually sent takes the biscuit.

When I complained I was offered a 15% discount for one damaged rose and assured the remaining flowers would bloom within 48 hrs as they are in "bud form".

This is utter rubbish - most of the bouquet are cheap chrysanthemums (petrol station flowers) and all are in poor condition.

Save yourself half the money and all the hastle and go to your local florist, M&S or Waitrose instead.

Ordered flowers to be sent to my mum on the anniversary of my dad’s death. The flowers were set to be delivered 21/11/22 but didn’t arrive. I contacted Serenata who confirmed it would be another 24 hours. The flowers still didn’t arrive after this time. They also didn’t arrive the next day. Customer service then said the carrier had let them down and they couldn’t fulfil the order but would arrange for a new delivery on Thursday 24th. What has upset me is that not only was the key date missed and a further 2 days after that, but Serenata made out they were doing me a favour by reordering. I had already paid for the flowers so I was just getting what I ordered! I won’t be using Serenata again. A heads up…DO NOT BE MISLED by “NEXT DAY DELIVERY”, it is anything but when you really need it!

Trusting the good reviews I ordered a postbox bouquet two weeks in advance for a Saturday delivery. On the delivery day the status is "in production" instead of out of delivery. I email asking for an update - get a copy&paste response straight from a website that doesn't even address my question. Email again on Sunday - "oh sorry we can deliver it on Monday". An hour later - "oh sorry we'll only have these flowers on Tuesday".
If you want your occasion ruined use this wonderful service, who knows, you might maybe actually get what you ordered.
