I have just received flowers from Serenata. The box was bashed. According to the courier she had had them in the back of her car with parcels from several firms including Next and Very from lunchtime till 7.30pm on a blazing hot day. The quality and quantity of blooms was disgraceful for almost £30. At the moment I cannot see any good points at all.

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
