The worst florist I have EVER used! Not only did they fail to send the flowers I had ordered. They admitted I was sent a confirmation by error.. Their error, and then refused to send my flowers ( by now 2 days late) unless I paid them a £7.99 next day delivery charge. I had ordered the flowers on Monday to be delivered Wednesday originally. I called them on Thursday to ask why they hadn't been delivered and then tried to charge me extra to have the flowers delivered for FRIDAY despite their error! They didn't tell me they weren't delivering the flowers, or email to say there was an issue. They point blank refused to help me. I wrote to customer service and their md and haven't even received an apology. They are a shambles, unprofessional and their "customer service" would be laughable if it wasn't quite so rude! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
