This review site asks you to give both good points and bad points, but unfortunately there were no good points.
Ordered £40 of flowers to arrive today (Sat 9th March) so that I could give them to my mum early on Mother's Day. 9.30pm no flowers. Tried to find a number to ring but the only ones on the website are not real numbers and do not ring. Emailed a polite complaint instead, saying my flowers had not arrived but if they arrived early tomorrow morning I would not mind too much.
They wrote back and said due to high demand this weekend the flowers would not be able to be delivered until Monday, the day after Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers a week ago because I knew it would be a busy weekend, why they did not forsee this and employ some extra staff I have no idea, particularly after the same thing happened at Valentine's Day ( http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/shopping/2012/02/last-minute-flowers-cancellations-see-lovers-let-down-by-serenata-on-valentines-day ).
I then sent a very angry email and got another reply saying it would now actually be Tuesday at the earliest because the flowers I had ordered were "not Mother's Day flowers". I now have nothing to give to my mum from myself or my brother as we had gone halves on the flowers. I am dreading telling her tomorrow morning that we haven't anything to give her, and of course as it was 10pm before I was told, I have no time to sort anything else out.
Absolutely fuming. Avoid this company like the plague.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
