Do not buy from this company their products and quality are rubbish cant understand why they are top of the list as they should be no where near it do not buy you will be disappointed please read below and take no notice of the editors review but read the reviews of real customers as I think the editor must have been paid to write review as its as bad and misleading as the company itself.

Below are messages sent from me and their customer service(joke) replies

Hello
I bought some flowers for my wife for our 1st anniversary which were delivered today. To say I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers would be an understatement. I chose your company after going on an internet compare site which gave you glowing reviews. You advertise your flowers as fresh yet at least 4 of the flowers look dead already, and the rest look ready to follow in fact I could have paid £5 at Tesco and got better quality. I will not be using your company again and will certainly not be recommending your company:

Their reply,
Thank you for your email, we are sorry to learn of any disappointment caused.
We have reviewed the image you have kindly sent through to us, the roses you have pictured are of excellent quality. It is the outer guard petals that appear to have wilted, but this is completely normal and serves to protect the inner, more delicate petals of the rose in transit. If you like, you are able to remove these petals without harming the rose, they will soon drop off in their own time to reveal the softer delicate petals of the rose.

My Reply
Dear eflorist(obviously no name sent)
I cannot believe that your first comment is that 'these roses are of excellent quality' and if you think that then as I said I wont be using your service again. I agree that some and only some look fine however on 4 of the roses, if I removed the petals that are there, then there would only be a stem left. The whole flower has shrivelled and died and the leaves on the stem have wilted. I find your response patronising and insulting. I have complained about the freshness of the flowers send, I may not be a florist but I know what a fresh flower looks like and its not what was sent to my wife yesterday

Their reply after sending photos of dead flowers
Thank you for your email, we are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with your gift.
Having reviewed the image you have kindly provided, we can advise that the item delivered is within our expectations, having being made to excellent value and a great example of the kind of arrangements that our florists create.
As such, we are unable to proceed further with your complaint. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Kind regards,
eFlorist Customer Service

What a joke as you can see their customer service is as bad as their flowers

In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
