Don't waste your money on this truly poor company, absolute disgrace, their website auto filled the address, it would not allow me to change the address but they took my money..
They had 2 days to change the address but their poor customer service said they could not do it, they refused to refund my money or send to the correct address I had given them 2 days before delivery but they still refused to change the address or refund my money... disgusting company... read their reviews on trust pilot or google,, says everything!
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
