As I live in Switzerland and my 95 year old aunt lives in England I usually send her flowers or a plant at Christmas and for her birthday. This Christmas’ poinsettia plant arrived with several broken branches. As my aunt did not want to upset me she was very reluctant to let me know and did not do so immediately. I only got the information from her as I sensed there was a problem and pressed her for the information. She did tell me that her son tried to telephone Serenata flowers to complain when the plant arrived but he got no response. When I contacted the company they did not want to replace the plant because I could not provide them with a photograph with a date and the 5 day time limit had run out. (I did inform them that my aunt has no smart phone, computer or even internet connection - just a fixed line telephone.) Due to their total lack of understanding, I will never use Serenata Flowers again.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
