Ordered flowers to be sent to my mum on the anniversary of my dad’s death. The flowers were set to be delivered 21/11/22 but didn’t arrive. I contacted Serenata who confirmed it would be another 24 hours. The flowers still didn’t arrive after this time. They also didn’t arrive the next day. Customer service then said the carrier had let them down and they couldn’t fulfil the order but would arrange for a new delivery on Thursday 24th. What has upset me is that not only was the key date missed and a further 2 days after that, but Serenata made out they were doing me a favour by reordering. I had already paid for the flowers so I was just getting what I ordered! I won’t be using Serenata again. A heads up…DO NOT BE MISLED by “NEXT DAY DELIVERY”, it is anything but when you really need it!
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
