Ordered Mothers day Flowers well in advance for the day.
Had a Tracker for them and Courier - showing left them but with courier. When courier chased, they hadn't recieved. No flowers
Got a email on the day - saying courier issues may impact delivery.
Following day got another email from them saying the flowers had left them and where with Courier.
They obviously had no intention of sending on Mothers day. But did say I could buy more flowers from them with a voucher.
When challanged, they've stated their Terms and Conditions allow for late delivery.
Don't use them if you actual expect flowers on a specific date.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
