Sadly, I was disappointed from the moment I opened the box. Yes, there were 5 stems as promised but 5 very small ones and just enough to fill a small glass. The flowers then went from bad to worse, with the roses not even opening. I followed all the care instructions yet these proved to be a great disappointment. When I contacted customer services a week after they were received I was politely told that my complaint was not within the 5 day time scale, despite supplying photos within that time. What a huge waste of money and disappointment.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
