It says in the advice describe good and bad points. Impossible!!! The mother’s day flowers were 2 days late, arrived in a wet soggy, trashed box and the flowers were half dead. Petals were falling off, 2 stems were completely wilted and after 24 hours in water 3 more stems have given up the ghost. I can’t possible tell my children because they paid a lot of money for these and they would be really upset about it. I buy flowers from a local supermarket which last 2/3 weeks for a fraction of the price. M and S get your act together, this is not a good service. I would also give no stars but the review needs at least one, which is one too many.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Ordered spring flowers for delivery for daughters birthday at a cost of £25..went today to see flowers that were delivered two hours before I arrived ..to say I was upset is an understatement ..about 6 stems of flowers that looked way past their.best .only really fit for the bin ...could have bought nicer flowers from a budget supermarket for £3 99,,cannot say enough DO NOT not order flowers for delivery from Marks .i felt so ashamed when I saw the pathetic bunch nothing at all like the photo or description .cannot think of any good point at all

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Flowers were delivered to me from my mum. Not only did the bare no resemblance to what was order they were loose in the box that was delivered upside down. Such a disappointment. Customer service were very good and provided a refund with no issue however I would have preferred the flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift and have just been sent a message by M and S that my order has been
'updated' which on phoning them means that it had been cancelled, with 2 days to go. So I've had to quickly get another gift for the recipient, from amazon. The email they sent was both unclear and unhelpful and customer support told me that they had a problem with their supplier which meant the IT system couldn't explain the order had actually been cancelled. And this from a multi-million pound business! Never will I use M and S again. They aren't cheap, so I was paying for the certainty of a named day delivery. Unreliable is what I got.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Appalling experience. Ordered flowers for a birthday. Not delivered on the birthday or at the next scheduled delivery date. In the end I was asked to receive them at my address and deliver them myself! (15 mile round trip) - 4 days after the birthday! Would never, ever use again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter , who is a key worker ,for her birthday. We thought they would cheer her up as we were unable to visit her. Unfortunately the flowers never arrived , despite being told they were on track. We contacted M & S customer services and they were not very helpful citing problems with orders. They gave us the option of the flowers being delivered within the next 48 hours but could not guarantee what 'state they would be in on arrival'. This is not the sort of service I would expect from M& S and certainly will not be using them again in the future or recommend to family and friends. We are extremely disappointed as is our daughter.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

These were not just any flowers these were m and s flowers delivered on 23 December as a luxury bouquet.
They arrived in a soggy box with a leaking water system with drooping hydrangeas and some white roses and foliage. I rang up m and s who said they would despatch new ones but I had the impression that my call was of no interest.

I was promised a delivery today but it doesn’t look as if they will arrive.
I will let my daughter, who is currently in Australia, know not to send flowers from m and s again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

I was sent a bouquet for my birthday by some work colleagues. I was very disappointed that the flowers only lasted 5 days in spite of following care instructions to the letter. I know this bouquet was not cheap and feel very upset that my colleagues wasted their money. I £5 bouquet from a local supermarket would have lasted longer. I definitely would not recommend Marks and Spencer for flowers.

I bought an Amaryllis lily bulb last November - it was encased in red velvet and wax and the label said don't do anything to it apart from leave it alone. It started 6.50 inches high with just the green shoots showing. I was intrigued to see what would happen to this bulb - after Christmas it was 17.50 inches high and had produced one stalk with 4 flowers on it. Mid January this stalk has gone over and another stalk has grown with four more blooms on it. I am absolutely amazed with this bulb and was wondering what was in the wax that surrounded it that required no attention at all. I love amaryllis - they are beautiful flowers that I have for presents each Christmas.

In summary, I would recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

I have to say I did not order these, so I can't demand money back or comment on price etc. I've put one star for everything because it says I can't publish it otherwise, and there no "not applicable" buttons. What I can honestly say is the following, as the recipient. By the time they arrived with Yodel, my birthday was over, it was the following day, so my friends were disappointed. Celebration was done and dusted, back to work and normality, so the pleasure in them was lost. They look nice enough, but some were obviously cut far too early and you can see from the size of the buds that they're not going to open. But the message ... my first name was spelled wrongly on the card and the box, as was my surname. The sender's name was spelled wrongly also, and in the middle of the card whoever typed it up had written "pooy" !!!! Is that supposed to be a joke?! Offensive, whoever took the order couldn't spell or even take down the spellings correctly - Barbara is hardly difficult and she is a very clearly spoken... (Read the full review)
