Save your money 25 August 2023 Reviewer: Gail Bradley from UK 19 of 37 people found this review helpful Unless you want flowers sent to somebody for their birthday that arrive in the night go somewhere else! The flowers were not cheap and they are due to arrive in the night. Who wants a night gift?! Really ridiculous. I hadn't got the heart to tell them as I appreciated the thought but so disappointed with such poor quality from M&S. Wilting flowers 21 March 2023 Reviewer: Patsy from London 17 of 32 people found this review helpful My mother's day flowers arrived half dead, my son phoned M&S not very helpful but agreed to send some more by Tuesday , those have just arrived with most in the same state, the point of these were for an occasion which was spoiled and we will never use M&S again. Awful flowers from Marks & Spencer’s online 19 March 2023 Reviewer: Maura from UK 21 of 38 people found this review helpful My daughter sent me flowers from online M&S, they’re withered and practically dead - no plant food included. Appalling service 25 February 2023 Reviewer: Mike from UK 16 of 34 people found this review helpful The delivery arrived late afternoon. The box was crushed and opened. The chocolates were missing and the flowers half dead. Nearly £50 for a bunch of crushed half dead flowers. Complained to M&S but no response. Absolutely appalling. Gone from bad to worse. 01 February 2023 Reviewer: Fredtheted from Lincolnshire, England 20 of 38 people found this review helpful My wife was sent some flowers as a get well present and was informed by the sender that they would arrive on the Saturday. They arrived the following Tuesday and were already dying. I'm not sure whether it was the couriers DPD fault or M&S. One thing I do know is that I won't be using M&S flowers ever again. Very poor 28 May 2022 Reviewer: Sue Hughes from Uk 20 of 36 people found this review helpful Had flowers in march very poor complained and received new flowers not much better. This week received gift again terrible quality roses nearly dead when they arrived. Rang again and told because this is the second time I’ve complained I needed to send pictures which I was happy to do. After sending pictures after 4 days marks spencer have not responded. Today Friday received Monday in the bin. Don’t waste your money but most important don’t disappoint someone on there special day. Appalling delivery of roses ,today , flowers dying 30 March 2022 Reviewer: Lynn Lejeune from Uk 21 of 39 people found this review helpful Today 30:03:22 I received a bouquet from my son and his family in America ordered via M and S . The Roses were squashed and dying. My son would be appalled at the quality. I telephoned to complain Within 2 minutes of opening them. The customer services were unsympathetic .He told me my son would have to complain in a call from America… 9 hour time difference! I have always dents M and S flowers ….,,never again!
