Ordered white roses for my wife’s birthday. 22 nd December delivery date. Her birthday. Arrived late 23 rd a day late. I have emailed my complaint twice but no reply. They don’t care so don’t use them.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Ordered & tracked wedding anniversary flowers for my daughter.Easy to order in advance,tracking fine until the delivery! A photo showed delivery porch which was not my daughter's & I was told my daughter had signed.LIAR...the courier is a liar & M&S chose to believe him.However,if they believed him why did they offer to deliver the next day? So,flowers are supposedly going to be delivered tomorrow,pointless really as the wedding anniversary was today.Customer services didnt seem too bothered about the situation,offering nothing but another next day delivery.PLEASE,IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING M&S FOR A FLOWER DELIVERY,THINK AGAIN....IT WAS A DREADFUL SERVICE

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

I received a bouquet of roses for my anniversary I could not believe how poor they looked I had to put 4 of them in the bin I cut them and took the wilted leaves off hoping that would encourage them back to life unfortunately only happened to a few such a waste of money my friend should have called a local florist instead however don’t have the heart to tell her 😩 I would not recommend M&S mail order flowers

I had a delivery from M&S sent by friends that couldn't attend my 50 th anniversary. I really think they must pick the flowers for delivery after their sell by date as the rose petals had been stripped from them and some had rotted at the base of the rose. One word disgusting!
Another bouquet had lots of garden flowers and the petals all dropped off!! Just an absolute rip off !

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

I always buy M&S flowers from the store, so I thought I would have some delivered and ordered them on line. What a disappointment and most definitely the last time I would order online. The courier was Yodel they literally threw them over the side gate and damaged 3 Roses out of seven and worse did not inform my sister who was out at the time they had delivered them. I suppose if you want to disappoint someone use Marks & Spencer this is not a isolated incident so maybe change your courier Marks&Spencer and protect your brand.

If that's £50.00 worth of flowers.

3 Lillies. 3 limp Flags, two very wilted mauve, possible delfiniums; and two small head spray
carnations.;
plus a bit of greenery,.
It truly is the last time I entrust my gift of Flowers to M&S.
Frankly I would classify it as disgaceful. I fail to comprehand how some people can give good
reviews ,
The best part was the box it arrived in; and that I found was just
dumped on my doorstep.

Floweer plant arrived late evening for my birthday from my daughter that order was four weeks before in good condition, but being a old age pensioner my birthday was over I was just going to bed not good enough.

Unless you want flowers sent to somebody for their birthday that arrive in the night go somewhere else!

The flowers were not cheap and they are due to arrive in the night. Who wants a night gift?! Really ridiculous. Customer service were useless and unconcerned

Received a bunch of half dead sunflowers from my grandchildren on my 80th birthday. I hadn't got the heart to tell them as I appreciated the thought but so disappointed with such poor quality from M&S. Customer complaints did answer prompmtly though
