Dead flowers whir3con petals with mould and rot.
27 March 2022
Reviewer: Leilap from Chester U K

Received flowers today, Mother’s Day. Should have been delivered yesterday, but text advised they were delayed until today between 1pm and 3pm. When they arrived, they were limp and all crushed together, with several flower heads rotting, brown and some with white mould. Obviously no water for several days. There was an empty envelope on the inside of the box ...no message. When the empty box was taken away and the inside base removed there was a card at the bottom from my daughter. It had so obviously never been put into the envelope? Had my husband not removed the flower holder from the box we would never have found it. Rubbish doesn’t come close. As my daughter is in bed with Covid and unable to visit today, it was doubly important, but also cannot tell her how she has wasted her cash.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Flowers awful
26 March 2022
Reviewer: Jill from UK

Flowers delivered this morning, dumped on doorstep, box in total view, driver could of put at side of house out of view! Actually driver might have down me a favour as someone could of stolen a box of shockers. I Opened flowers from my Daughter for Mothers day. Flowers look nearly dead, so dry and wilted. I thought strange colour as my Daughter knows I love pastel colours. I sent her a photograph, she said are those roses red, the bouquest was descriped as pink. I do not like red flowers, so all in all shocking. A few stocks, greenery folded up so dry, thrown that away already. And six curled RED roses. Don't really want to tell My Daughter as the thought was lovely. I am upset that she wasted her money, will keep them for tomorrow, but in the bin Monday. Who want's dead flowers in a vase. Shocked at Marks and Spencer/

Birthday Roses for my mum
09 December 2021
Reviewer: Elaine Ramsden from United Kingdom

26 of 51 people found this review helpful

I usually buy my mum roses from the shop.

She has always commented how beautiful they are and that they last long.

I decided to get the flowers delivered for her birthday and to my surprise they were 2 days late.

When she received the flowers She commented that they needed a good watering and thinks they had been in the delivery van for 2 days.

I am very disappointed.

I tried to keep track of my order and the message was that the driver has 91 deliveries and that day.

At 10.30 pm on the night of her birthday I tracked my order and the message was that the flowers had been delivered.

I text my mum the next day and asked her had she received her flowers and she had not.

She received them 2 days later.

I tried to chat with a member of the team on chat but they cut me off.

I would not use your services again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

My mother recieved flowers from M and S from a relative. The flowers she has been sent before have always been beautiful. These however looked liked they could have been bought at a petrol station for a fiver. My mum doesn't want to disappoint our relative by saying how poor they were.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Disgrace!
28 October 2021
Reviewer: Bagpuss from UK

Flowers arrived on time but they were nothing like the images online. I wouldn't have paid £5.00 for them let alone £25.00 if I had seen them instore. M&S should be ashamed. The reviews speak for themselves so why are they still delivering rubbish?

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Sorry to have to report after given M&S a second chance to deliver some fresh flowers not dead ones ! But sadly that’s exactly what happened, something is seriously wrong with their supplier
I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want fresh flowers.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Flowers delivered next morning, but chocolates missing!
02 July 2021
Reviewer: Judith Mac from UK

25 of 50 people found this review helpful

I have ordered M&S flowers and plants before as gifts, with all previously having apparently arrived safely and in good time. I decided therefore to send an attractive bouquet and the additional Belgian Cognac Truffles (suggested by M&S as an extra treat) as a special surprise for sister and brother-in-law in London who have had a truly horrible year.

Flowers arrived safely the following breakfast time, but no truffles included in the box! No sign of them the following day either, so I phoned M&S (the person answering is in South Africa). She agreed to refund me the £4.00 and would send email with a gift card as "gesture of goodwill". I didn't ask value of gift card, but later found it is is just £5.00. I doubt if anything would have been done at all if I hadn't chased the issue. There was no explanation for reason for the omission, nor a proper apology. I was shocked at the casual response and the (to my mind) derisory sum as compensation for the great disappointment and anxiety of waiting for the special treat which never appeared (despite having been erroneously listed as... Whatever happened to you
30 June 2021

My elderly neighbour sent me flowers for my birthday ~ they arrived a day late . However this just meant I would have more birthday surprises .

Flowers arrived around 4pm ~ they really looked dead , however I put them in water and hoped for the best . I did not have the heart to tell my friend and neighbour that the flowers she had lovingly chosen for me were dead ~ not to mention the expensive. I therefore told her they were lovely , however I phoned Marks and Spencer customer service and told them that I would like an email address to send them pictures of said died flowers.

Pictures will clearly show that these flowers are dead. M & S used to stand for quality, sadly this is no longer true. My son purchased flowers from Asda for me ~ 3 heads were missing from the luxury lilies range of flowers ~ still much better than this bunch of dead shriveled up flowers that are only good for the compost heap.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

Another failed delivery
17 June 2021

They used to be so good but now totally unreliable, only use if you don’t want your flowers and gift to arrive on the given date. It happened once before and I thought it’s just a Covid glitch, everything is blamed on that. This time it was important they arrived on time but alas M and S and their courier Yodel don’t seem to care about customer service. Don’t try to call customer services during the advertised opening times as they have automated computer system which seems to just drone on and can’t understand my Scottish accent. Never again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
