Appalling experience. Ordered flowers for a birthday. Not delivered on the birthday or at the next scheduled delivery date. In the end I was asked to receive them at my address and deliver them myself! (15 mile round trip) - 4 days after the birthday! Would never, ever use again.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
